“Very nice and welcoming staff. When I mentioned I found a better deal at Walmart, they even tried to price match it. Way better than GameStop, who won’t price match or give any deals on games that are 4–5 years old. Great customer service and a much better experience overall!”

“Lexi is great with every customer I have ever seen her assist! She has great customer service, great communication skills, and a very great work ethic. She always has a smile on her face. She seems happy to just help customers. She makes sure to customers get the best deal. She’s not like other workers at the other metro stores. This Metro by T-Mobile store is the best in town. And Lexi makes going inside the store a breeze!”

“I did a crap ton of research on products I required for my new computer system. I thought I was going to end up driving waayyy out to the east side, but, I decided to check out Best Buy first to see if they had everything I needed. THEY DID! And to top things off I had a personal shopper who assisted me in finding everything and he even reminded me of stuff I had completely forgotten about looking for. Needless to say, they were my one-stop-shop so I didn't go to the other place. I got a lot more for a lot less than I had expected I was going to pay. Funny part was I walked in the exact amount of cash I needed for my transaction. What are the odds of that happening?! Yesterday's experience has thus far topped all my experiences shopping at a Best Buy. You guys really truly are THE BEST!!!! Thank you so much for making my day and my week and my month!!!!!”

“I just stopped by the office to sort out a billing issue, and I was helped by a wonderful woman named Roxana J. She assisted me with great kindness and patience, despite my limited English, and she managed to resolve my issue. Please don’t hesitate to promote her if the opportunity arises, as she knows exactly how to handle customers. I would have given her 10 stars if I could, just for her. Thank you again, Roxana J, for your hospitality. GEA.”

“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

The Aaron's in Parma was the best place to go and I have been their customer for many years. I'll drive the distance to come back to an amazing store with wonderful customer service and delivery.”

“Our home security system stopped working and I traced the issue to a blown fuse (a 1A 125V fuse originally made by LITTELFUSE from what must have been the 1980s). I searched other large online retailers for a similar fuse but couldn't find one with the right amperage and voltage combination; other retailers also didn't specify size. Not only was I able to find fuses with all the right specs from National Fuse, but they were even made by the same original company LITTELFUSE!”
