“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Broadview Heights, and a big part of that was thanks to Chris, the manager. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed.
Chris went above and beyond to explain all my options clearly without any pressure, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about his customers having a good experience. He also made sure everything was set up properly before I left, which I really appreciated.
It’s rare to come across customer service like this these days. If you’re going to the T-Mobile in Broadview Heights, I highly recommend asking for Chris—he’ll take care of you the right way.”

“Any vintage or new amplifier I brought to be worked on was fixed/recapped/retubed/modified or cleaned in a reasonable time. Highly recommended, I do not know of many places in Cleveland that can service and fix old Fender and Sunn Amplifiers other than this”

“I had a fantastic experience with this rental company during my recent trip to Cleveland. I was in town for a week to undergo surgery and begin my initial recovery, and they made the process incredibly smooth.
They arranged to deliver a recliner to my hotel, timed perfectly for shortly after I checked in. The team handled the setup efficiently and worked with us to schedule a convenient pickup before checkout.
Every person I interacted with—both on the phone and in person—was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The delivery and pickup crew were especially great.
The recliner itself was exceptionally comfortable and made a huge difference in my recovery. Sleeping in it throughout the week was a relief. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all so much!”

Best selection of cds ive seen in a very long time. Also has records, tapes (like vcr tapes), video games, figurines, miscellaneous novelty items, consoles, comics, etc.
Had a wide range of games and consoles, including newer issues of retro consoles, but also OGs. Saw switch, gameboy, n64, nes/snes. Ps1, ps2 and on. For sega, games I saw were primarily genesis but they had some.other consoles. I didnt see game gear or master system.
Got some tapes and I really like this place. I recommend but dont expect flea market /yard sale prices.”

“If u have metro go to the 93rd and Harvard location u won't be disappointed. Ameer is the man in charge and his service is next level!!!!! It was the 4th store I visited before I actually got good help even though I've been with Metro for 10+ years but ya'll trust me on this. Ameer will look out and bless you. Just a heads up prepare to free up a few hrs because if he is busy he's multitasking taking care of multiple people at once but it well worth the wait!!!!! Thanks Ameer, I love my new Moto Edge!!!!!! “I chose the Best Buy “Geek Squad” to install a Uniden radar detector (R8W - New Model), plus a Redtiger dash cam (F17Elite). They were installed in 2 separate visits, over the course of a couple of weeks, due to scheduling.
The Best Buy technician who installed both units was Agent Tim. I found Tim to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very conscientious. It was my good fortune that he worked on my vehicle! Tim is a great ambassador for the Best Buy brand, and I hope that management recognizes him.
Now, the Uniden radar detector has operated flawlessly. No issues. It works out of the box, exactly as advertised.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Redtiger dash cam. While the front, rear, and cabin cameras work (as advertised) when my vehicle is moving, the Parking Mode function is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Agent Tim installed the dash cam correctly.
I am frustrated beyond belief.
The only saving grace is that the Redtiger customer service team is absolutely passionate about resolving the issue with the Parking Mode. I have spoken to Emerson on the phone, and I’ve exchanged emails with Emma. They have been outstanding in terms of trying to resolve the issue, and they are truly customer-focused and driven in their eagerness to deliver a solution. I can’t say enough about their genuine desire to get this Parking Mode issue remedied.
I’ll update this Review as needed, especially if I get caught-up in a “he said/she said” between Redtiger and Best Buy, which I don’t anticipate…”

Burnell was not only knowledgeable about all in-store products, but provided in-depth info on Cricket (i.e. referral program, insurance, billing, etc). The store was extremely clean and well maintained and stocked. I would definitely recommend this store to any existing or potential Cricket customer.”

My grandfather went to the store in maple hts Ohio and a lady sold my grandfather a 600 dollar phone, change his iCloud password to what she wanted and my grandfather got locked out his phone! So I came to the cricket store on pearl rd and the nice lady Larene helped us out! She was very understanding and she is in the process of helping us fix another store mistake! Go see Larene! She is the best on Parma and pearl”
“T-Mobile have many locations in this area and the one closet to me is the store in the Lee-Harvard Shopping centet. I haven't been here in a while and my previous posting was removed about this location. This store is still to me customer friendly and has qualified people to help or assist you with whatever matter you're dealing with concerning T-moble service or products.
Especially to the young man Melvin who was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable in helping us today
