“Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

They took me and offered a bottle of water, had a restroom. The service was quick professional, and the price was excellent.”

“Auto Service Specialists did a fantastic job repairing my brakes. I was in an emergency situation in which I needed brakes right away. They were very quick to send an estimate and make the repairs. They even provided a loaner car for me. Most importantly, they only fixed what needed to be done and did not find 10 other things to charge me for as some other services do. I would definitely use them again for future car repairs. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with.”

“Saturday morning I notice big puddle of fluid coming from car. Spoke with Grant and told me bring it in we'll take a look at it! I was full panic mode. They took it right in...turns out it was the oil filter not tightened after last oil change. Then was only charged for the half quart of oil I was low after they tightened everything up. They just gained a customer! I can see why they have been in business for 33 years!”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Although there is a usually a long wait for an oil change. I know it says "Quick Lane" but don't confuse it with the dedicated oil change places. This is a dealer service department. So they weave you in as other jobs get completed. It is important to remember this before going in. If you are in a hurry, it's best to wait for another day when you are not pressed for time.”
“I always come here to get my oil changed, for the past 6 years or so. These guys ALWAYS have the best customer service, and are so courteous and friendly, even at 7:15am on a rainy Friday! I genuinely appreciate how kind they are and quick to get you in and out. The gentleman who helped me was a manager, longer gray hair. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but thank you for being so friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to do business with. You deserve to be recognized! “EDIT * i contacted the manager and they helped me out! it was a misunderstanding on my part. i had to let my car cool down before checking the oil level instead of looking at it after i just got done driving. they were understanding and very nice. thank you conrad's employees for taking the time to address my issue and taking the time to explain everything to me! i scheduled a oil change appt at 10am on july 19th. they were extremely busy but the guy was kind he told me i wouldn't receive my car until around 5-6pm, which was fine i knew they were busy. but the part that upsets me is that i spent $60 for a job. i got my car back and my car still has the message of needing an oil change. i checked my hood and on the dipstick the oil level wasn't even filled to the second line, it was filled BELOW the first line. also to add, there's oil all over my engine. it just upsets me because i've gone to autozone for years”
