“Trusting, kind and friendly people. The whole time my dealer was telling me I needed synthetic oil. Finally decided to come here to see how much an oil change would be outside of a dealer and Yorktown brought to my attention, I could do conventional oil for my car. Saved me some money! They got that done with my tire rotation in an hour. Walked over to their attached gas station while they worked on my car and got their delicious fried chicken which was affordable, unlike everywhere else! Will be coming back for all my car needs, gas and CHICKEN LOL”

“Great group of guys. Always a great experience. I took my car to Serpentini North Olmsted where I purchased to get fixed 4 times and they couldn't figure out the problem. Rad Air fixed it the first time. Serpentini spent over 5k trying to figure out what was causing false codes to keep popping up like auto start/stop, engine, etc. I kept asking about the battery and they assured me it was okay. Rad Air found 2 loose wires and fixed the problem.”
“Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake.
Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air.
All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention.

He was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly the whole time. He changed my tire quickly and even took a minute to show me what he was doing in case I'm ever in a bind again. Above-and-beyond service-- highly recommend Ed if he's the one who shows up for your roadside assistance call!”

Triple A said I need and alternator when the power shut off to my truck, I had it towed to Wheatley Automotive who checked it out and seen that something was not connected to my battery! Not only did they save me money, they also provided an oil change and observed I needed 2 front tires, which I told them to please do that work, also saving me money! “Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

Proceed with caution: this is not the staff's fault, but transmission flushes should not be done.
Double check your dealer's transmission fluid regulations and what oil needs to be used for your car. Otherwise definitely give them 5 stars for the customer service!”

“Amy and the family at Fuerst are, without question, the most trustworthy and honest company doing automotive work. I reached out to Amy after believing I had done damage to my vehicle's braking structure /steering knuckle when changing the brakes myself. We had the vehicle towed to the Fuerst shop, expecting an expensive replacement of the steering knuckle. I wanted to have the repair done right and heard that Fuerst does excellent work. Long story short, Amy was communicative the whole way, a pleasure to speak to, and utlimately let me know the damage was not as I had anticipated & no expensive repair was needed. They could have easily charged me $1,000 for the repair I felt certain that I needed.
