“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”
“This Verizon store is hands down the best, and the staff is 100% the reason why. My first visit was with Rachel, and I wasn’t the only customer in the store calling out her exceptional service. She made everything simple, clear, and completely stress free, and handled my phone transfer perfectly.
When I came back the next day to trade in my phone, I met Vino and Theresa, and they were just as awesome! Vino walked me through the trade in process and made me feel totally confident, while Theresa was chatting with both of us and keeping the energy fun and welcoming even while helping another customer. The vibes in this store are unmatched: chill, professional, and genuinely friendly.
If you need anything Verizon related, I can’t recommend this location enough. Ask for Rachel, Vino, or Theresa! All three were incredible and absolutely deserve recognition and a raise!!”

“Zachary Wilson is an incredible asset to ATT! I've been working with my company, ATT Consumer and ATT Business services for 3 months now trying to get my mobile phone number transferred from my company to my personal account. It's been a very frustrating process with many hurdles and obstacles and endless loops back to the starting point. I finally went into the store in Rocky River and fortunately Zachary was working that day. He was able to determine what the issues were and work through them although it wasn't easy and straightforward. His knowledge, patience, determination and desire to satisfy customers are outstanding! He could have very easily given up at any one of the obstacles he encountered but didn't. He went above and beyond to help me both with the transfer and then subsequently with getting my accounts set up and merged. I was ready to give up on ATT but Zachary's efforts made a difference! Thank you Zachary!”

“I came into the store with a complicated issue that had to do with transferring my phone lines to another account without losing promotional credits. I had been previously working with different people NOT associated with this location, and was told false and conflicting information at every turn. This became ongoing and so stressful after some time, but coming into this location, Jehyfi completely turned that around for us.
I am SO happy we had Jehyfi helping us. He worked so hard to make sure this issue got resolved and went above and beyond for us. I can't really say enough good things. It's just so clear that he is genuine, knowledgable, and really cares. 10/10 recommend this location, especially working with Jey.”

“I have purchased my last few phones from this store, over the years, and my phone finally died on me last week, so I went back to the, to get a new one. These guys are great. By the time I got there, that night, it was practically time for them to close up shop and go home. They still took great care of me, they didn't try to rush me, or tell me to come back later, they went the extra mile, and stayed late, and made sure I got a phone and all my stuff transferred over, from, my other phone. They are always professional, they didn't act aggravated because I came in the store late, and I was taking up their time, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they get stuff done. They are really good people, and I really appreciate them helping me get my new phone running. If you are looking to buy a phone and you don't want to get hustled, and have to deal with somebody trying to upsell you, go see them. They are good, genuine people and I highly recommend this store.”

The young man was very helpful in pointing out the different phones and helped me identify a phone that would meet my needs. “I visited this location recently to upgrade my old phone and was helped by Katherine. Katherine was very friendly and gladly answered any questions I had as this was my first time upgrading a phone. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store and she got me in and out in a timely fashion. I definitely can't recommend this location enough. Service was great.”

“Great experience! My phone was quoted to take an hour long to fix but he had it done in 20 minutes. Came in to get my iPhone XR screen fixed and he showed me the battery which also looked water damaged. Reasonable price and the new screen looks great. Will definitely recommend this place!”

“Saturday 7-12 at around 1.30 I needed a phone because my phone was cracked and damaged. The gentleman (I think his name was Raffi) who helped me was very polite patient and very professional. He helped me pick a good phone and get set up. I would definitely recommend this place especially for the service.”
“This cricket store on pearl rd is the best! My grandfather went to the store in maple hts Ohio and a lady sold my grandfather a 600 dollar phone, change his iCloud password to what she wanted and my grandfather got locked out his phone! So I came to the cricket store on pearl rd and the nice lady Larene helped us out! She was very understanding and she is in the process of helping us fix another store mistake! Go see Larene! She is the best on Parma and pearl”
