“I took my phone in on 6-22-26 to have it looked at for a text messaging issue I was having for about a week. I couldn't send or receive any pictures via text. I use my phone for work alot which requires pictures to be taken and sent and received from me to customers and vice versa. So a week without the ability to text pics and videos was not good. So I call Frank at this location,explained my issue and he told me to bring it in and he'll take care of me. And indeed he did. Frank went through the phone and checked all settings and tested the functions to attempt to remedy the issue. Eventually, he called tech support and they both worked for over an hour testing and checking settings ,functions and features until they got it working. After a network reset and a factory reset to the phone,I'm back in business. So I want to thank both Frank and Total wireless's tech support for fixing my issue. I would definitely recommend Total Wireless. They have great phone plans and greater customer service.”

“Fri., 6/12/26, dropped my old phone, charging port was damaged to where I couldn't charge it again.
Had recently received Boost text with offer of a $49.99 Google Pixel 10, with $60/mon plan, which I was already basically on, having added recurring $10 extra data on top of my $50/mon plan for previous 2 months.
Saturday morning called 3 boost stores after their 10am opening .
One nearest me on Lorain, near 130th, hung up immediately twice.
One on Puritas answered, explained he couldn't help me with the current phone discount offer because he was out of stock til next week.
Then I called this 10611 Lorain location further east from me, and RAFI answered, said he had one such phone in stock.
I don't drive, so took Lyft there by around 11:30am.
I CANNOT express enough praise and gratitude for Rafi's knowledgeable, helpful service.
I may be old, but am still technology ilit.
RAFI assisted at least 4 other customers while remaining available to me setting up my new phone in between.
Congratulations to Boost Mobile on finding such an excellent employee.
I'll head back there next time something needs tending to.

“Came here after Apple 'attempted' to fix our phone but nothing happened so we bought a new phone. I told the guy here that I was certain it was a battery issue. He listened to me and sure enough, fixed my phone AND gave me a new screen since the original broke when he was repair my phone. Highly recommend taking your phone here instead of wasting time with apple.”

When I came back the next day to trade in my phone, I met Vino and Theresa, and they were just as awesome! Vino walked me through the trade in process and made me feel totally confident, while Theresa was chatting with both of us and keeping the energy fun and welcoming even while helping another customer. The vibes in this store are unmatched: chill, professional, and genuinely friendly.

“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”
“The lady at this store is AMAZING! 5 years ago I hated to enter this store, the gentlemen that ran this establishement weren't very nice to the female gender; very condescending.
She helped my daughter with her phone (messaging/data) so quickly. She even showed her how she fixed it if it ever happens again. I would recommend this store to everyone i know now.
She ALSO helped me lower my bill. My family has been with boost for about a decade and I would refuse to go into this store. I did EVERYTHING online. Now, I'll go into this establishment and ditch the overseas phone game.. if we ever need to, that is.. EVERY TIME! They are so helpful now!!”
