When I came back the next day to trade in my phone, I met Vino and Theresa, and they were just as awesome! Vino walked me through the trade in process and made me feel totally confident, while Theresa was chatting with both of us and keeping the energy fun and welcoming even while helping another customer. “My husband and I had been instructed to report to the nearest AT@T Corporate store, which for us, was the Strongsville location, to resolve an issue.
We returned two cellphones, which were never activated and received an email stating we owed $700+ and when we called Customer Service we were notified they could not assist and stated we need to seek assistance at a corporate store location.
We arrived at the Strongsville location late this morning and sat down with Cristaly Martinez, Strongsville site Store Manager. We explained the backstory and timeline to Ms. Martinez who listened patiently and was diligent gathering information. Her professionalism is truly a credit to AT@T. She handled our concerns in a positive manner and successfully resolved our issue, which was a bit complex due to an error by the AT&T device return location in Dallas, TX which resulted in an erroroneous billing.
We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Martinez for her outstanding customer service. It is because of this positive experience and successful resolution facilitated by Ms. Martinez that we continue to remain AT&T customers (recently switched from Verizon, after 21 years, in December 2025).”

The representative who assisted me was Aaron. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every option I had available. He made sure I clearly understood everything and helped me find the best deals for my situation. He truly went above and beyond, even helping me bundle my internet and phone in a way that will save me over $200 on my monthly bills!!!
He was patient, kind, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. At one point, other customers came in and he briefly assisted them as well, but he handled it in a way that never made me feel ignored or overlooked, which I really appreciated.
