I just want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly deserves to be appreciated—Kiara, the store manager in Berea.
Every time I came into the store, Kiara was absolutely phenomenal. She was always professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely pleasant. No matter what request or question we had, she handled everything with patience and made sure we felt heard and valued as customers.
There is one moment that has always stuck with me. I remember being in the store when a customer was extremely rude, and I watched how Kiara handled the situation. She remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She never allowed someone else's behavior to change the way she treated them. That says so much about the kind of leader and person she is.
True customer service is not just about doing your job—it is about how you make people feel. Kiara has a way of making people feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of. In all my experiences as a customer, I can honestly say I have rarely seen someone provide customer service at the level she does.
I am genuinely sad that Kiara is moving to another location, because the Berea store is losing an incredible manager. But I am also so happy for her and hope her new location knows just how lucky they are to have her.

“If I could give more than five stars, I would. We recently went into the T-Mobile store to look into switching our service, and we were incredibly fortunate to be helped by an employee named Trey S. From the very moment we walked through the door, his energy completely transformed the environment. He was exceptionally welcoming, not just to my family, but to literally every single person who stepped into the store. It is so rare to see that level of genuine hospitality nowadays.
Trey has an absolute heart of gold and a joyful personality that is completely infectious. He is one of those rare people who can talk to anyone about absolutely anything, making you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. He kept us smiling and laughing the entire time, turning what is usually a tedious chore into a genuinely fun and memorable experience.
But beyond his amazing attitude, Trey is an absolute professional. We were bringing over a total of five lines to T-Mobile—a process that can easily become complicated, stressful, and time-consuming. Trey handled the entire multi-line switch with absolute ease. He walked us through every single step, explained everything clearly, and made sure all five of our lines were set up perfectly without a single hiccup. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient.
Because of Trey and the spectacular service he provided, T-Mobile has earned customers for life. We will absolutely be back to this location for anything we need in the future. “This Walmart is pretty good compared to some that I've been in. I typically use the self checkout, which saves me time. I don't usually grocery shop here, but I might start because it is only 12 minutes away from home. The concerns I have are that they don't carry Goya products, which we consume regularly. They also don't carry the low-sodium Great Value potato and tortilla chips. They have most of the other items that I've grown accustomed to at my previous Walmarts, however. The store is clean and I haven't noticed merchandise laying in the aisles, which is a plus, and probably a fire hazard. Interestingly, there are two electric car chargers in the parking lot. Granted, I haven't seen anyone using them, but it's a cool feature. I've tried to use the auto center, but that place is jam packed, even at 8 AM on Weekends. I'm trying to decide if this or the Wadsworth location will be my go-to Walmart. I've been grocery shopping at the Wadsworth location, which also doesn't carry Goya and low-sodium Great Value stuff. Because this location is slightly closer to home, I may go here for groceries. Decisions, decisions.”
