“My two sons were needing assistance with buying 2 hybrid golf clubs. Rob Jones noticed we had questions and he walked us through how to select the proper club. He took extra time having them practice in the golf simulator in order to make sure the club was fitted correctly and fulfilled their needs. “This is a great place to go for any home gym or exercise equipment. The store is well stocked and they encourage you to show up ready to try the machines.The people are all knowledgeable and are intimately involved in making certain the product is right for the person. There is no pressure to buy a specific brand or model.They service what they sell. Since home equipment can run in the multiple thousands of dollars, having service option is a must. I have heard and read horror stories of people buying equipment from online retailers who won't back up a warranty when something goes bad.I purchased one piece of equipment that had an issue with an arm attachment. After performing a service call and determining one of the set screws had been stripped, they replaced the entire machine.Nice people, owner operated, good prices, great service.”

“We're not runners but restauranteurs, so we're on our feet all day. We stopped in here after a family member recommended them. Lots of choices and we tried the best ones for our feet, after a comprehensive exam, not only standing measurements, but also walking too. The salesman was very patient as we tried multiple combinations of shoes and inserts. We were even encouraged to put two different shoes on to compare. My husband was able to purchase what he needed here, but they didn't have my size available. It is at another local store, so I was able to pay for them and drive to the other location to pick up the shoes they were holding for me! We will definitely be back when we wear these out.”

“First off, I just want to explain how I found Tune Belt.I stumbled upon them at the New Balance Falmouth Road Race Health & Fitness Expo in 2019 and I figured I'd give their product a good old college try as they say. It worked out the first time.Now, fast forward to late August of this year, I get a new I-phone SE 2020, and I discover I need an arm band so that way when I'm running, I don't have to clutch my phone.I go to Tune Belt and research all of the models, and I pick the first one that I see and I order it. It came promptly and I thought it would work.It turns out I had ordered the wrong model of band. So, that left me in a dilemma on what to do. Do I return it and get my money back or do I hold on to it and hope someone else uses it?It turns out I ended up holding on to it. However, this review also deserves a commendation. My mother ended up emailing Tune Belt customer service to help me out. That was on Thursday 9/10. On Saturday 9/12, she gets a response back from Sharon Sexton who recommended that I keep the one that I mistakenly ordered. Thank you Sharon for coming up to bat and helping me out.Bottom line: I would recommend Tune Belt to anyone who needs a wristband.”
“I called Labor Day to check the hours, Nikki was very pleasant when she answered. We came into the store and were politely greeted. A young man tried locating a shoe for me but said there was a stock issue or it was on hold for another customer. I continued to look around and then asked a different sales associate for help. She also checked stock for the same shoe and then offered a few others. I wanted the hands free slip in in Navy in a wide. It was not available and I really liked the way the Black one felt on my foot. Nikki was not to be swayed . She kept looking and then offered me a Men's 9.5 in Navy in wide and I walked out with a BOGO set of shoes!! Thanks for the tenacity Nikki! Great customer service from all involved and from Nikki! I love my Sketchers!”
