If you can't find a work boot here then you don't want to buy a great work boot. Let the salesman measure your feet and he will find a great work boot for you”
“I came through today to see what I could do with some sneakers that I could. It do anything with. I tried other competitors that didn’t even want to talk to me. But Boss at Bosskicks gave me the hook up with some fire sneakers and he worked with me on the ones I could not se because of size. Recommend this spot if you looking for hard to find shoes for a decent price. The customer service is also great.”

“Love this place after being recommended maybe 4-5 years ago. They personally make sure the shoe is designed for your needs. While not a runner I was heavier at the time with a wide foot. No problem. Each pair I buy lasts and they are super comfortable. Glad to have a place to go where you can still get customer service”

“I was impressed with the quick service, but I felt a bit rushed. The guy had a lot of knowledge about the boot selection and fitted me in a good pair of boots. For the first week or so, they hurt my ankles and i was concerned that I bought a bad fit, but after I oiled them, they quickly broke in and they stopped hurting.”

“This location is always pleasant. Greeted upon entering and offered help. Today I found a shoe in store that I loved but wanted to get the bogo deal. I had a pair in mind that was online only. The cashier informed me they could order the shoe for me and have it delivered so could get the bogo deal. Outstanding customer service. The lady manager of this location is also always so helpful. Definitely recommended this location.”
“December 11 I miss out on buying a pair of retro Jordan’s for my granddaughter for Christmas so I drove all over town going to shoe stores and happened to go in there. They didn’t have the Jordan’s I was looking for but was able to find a pair she liked. There was an attendant there that acted like she was the one that wanted to be served but fortunately there was another lady there that completely overshadowed the one lady. This lady was pleasant she was informed and she was easy to look at also. Might go back in a pinch.”
“My orders always go through quickly. My only issue this go around was just over an hour later I needed to cancel it and it wouldn't allow me to. I feel that's a little off..
I also don't like how when you return the product in store your only issued a gift card.”

“The store is ALWAYS clean and bright. Every associate I've encountered are friendly and professional. My receipts doesn't tell me the associates name who helped me on the two different days I was there but they were very nice and very helpfully.
Also, I believe this is the largest store in the Columbus area.”
