Chris at Expo was friendly, knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He was careful to let me know the pros and cons. Once I selected an option, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. Now my phone is as good as new and if I ever need any phone services, I will definitely be going to Expo!β

Never had an issue and Kelly. If you came to the guy with an attitude, he have to treat you back with the attitude, you will never get better customer service than him. at this store was exceptional. Kal was so helpful when I bought my phone and he spent a lot of time getting it set up and making sure that everything transferred correctly. If you ever are in the market for a new phone or plan you absolutely must come to his store. Thank you so very much, Kal!!!!β
βFirst and foremost, it is not often that you will encounter genuine and honest customer service! I chose to give feedback based on a personal experience I had today at this location! My hopes is that this location remains still and that the people who encounter not so good experiences visit this location! I honestly appreciate the many times I have been given the same courteous attention and timeβ EVERY TIME! My intentions were just to go inside, pay my bill, and keep it movingβ¦ but to my surprise; on many occasions, (someone) noticed that something was on my mind and they found it in their heart to comfort me! In closing, you NEVER KNOW what someone is going throughβ¦ so if a kind person decides to devote their time to βsee about youβ β¦ appreciate it! I love this store! I enjoy every moment when I visit! βThese guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldnβt fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldnβt fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, Iβll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!β
