“The sales staff at this store location are phenomenal!
Unfortunately my phone (under warranty) stopped working due to a defective battery issue and Keenan helped me to problem solve the process in ways I was unable to due to the stress of the issue. It was a frustrating process of accessing customer service with no ability to use my phone and also trying to coordinate a fix (at another location) or decide on a replacement.
I will be forever grateful for Keenan’s willingness to help me with an issue that was not connected to sales but his dedication to simply help a customer who was struggling with a problem. He helped to communicate to other staff to anticipate how to help (this was a multiple day process) and to top this off, he followed up after my replacement was working by calling to check to make sure everything went smoothly.
In addition to Keenan’s help, another staff, Tyler, aided me in the process of getting my replacement phone up and running which was complicated due to errors customer service made in the replacement process. Both gentlemen were patient with the errors others made, bent over backwards with genuine kindness and assisted a customer who was paying only the cost of a deductible for a defective product. For me this was not a simple little ‘fix’ and the way Tyler and Keenan helped me, they renewed my faith in humanity in a really challenging week.
I am a customer of Verizon because of the incredible customer service from this store and the staff at this location consistently over the years.”

My fiance had an issue with her current phone and we were ready to upgrade her. She is a medical professional and desperately needed it to do her job. We had an issue with both Best Buy and the Verizon store in Heath with poor customer service. It was getting late and we thought she would have to go another day without a functioning phone.
However I found this location and saw they were actually open until 9pm! We got there at 7:55 and I was worried it may be too late to do a full activation. Thank goodness I was wrong.
We met Keenan. An outstanding young man that was SO helpful and patient with us. We knew what we wanted and he got the phone and spent the next hour and a half getting my fiance through the full set up. He worked after hours to get this done for us, and was very pleasant the entire time, and personable as well. We actually enjoyed the downtime as we waited for her new phone to switch over speaking with him. He REALLY went the extra mile to ease our frustrations and not once did I feel like he was frustrated for working late or that we weren't important as customers. This young man is management material 100% and I hope he is recognized for his exceptional customer service. I know from here on out, this is our new location for anything to do with Verizon and I understand he also works at the Sawmill Road store, so if you want to be treated right, call ahead and see if he is working. It will be well worth your time!

“Tre was amazing and fixed an issue so I didn't have to go to the apple store and wait hours for an appointment for diagnosis. The battery died in my 17 and wouldn't charge. “My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”
