“I went to Sahadat after my phone screen was cracked to the point my phone was glitching and couldn't be used. I have a newer android and I went to two other places who could not fix my phone, with it still being new to the market. Sahadat at, Summit Mall, could fix my phone and he was very fast. I am pleased my phone looks brand new. I would definitely recommend.”

“Soniya at Cricket Stow is wonderful. Great with people. We upgraded to a new phone and she helped me transfer all the data from my old phone. One observation: when you call the store and no one can pick up the phone, it just hangs up on you. Would recommend you install an answering message.”

“The store representative was wonderful. We accomplished more in this one visit than hours on the phone with customer and a visit to another store. The representative not only helped get the port number we needed but took the extra step of updating the account for easy access in the future. He was so kind and we weren't buying anything. He didn't need to help but he solved all our issues. We gratefully appreciate the kindness shown at this store and recommend this store for Cricket.”
