“My family is involved with central ohio community theater and my son is in a BFA theater program, we are always in need of dance shoes. We were recommended this dance store by several competitive dancers we were in shows with and we have gone to them for all our dance needs ever since. They have a great selection including entry level that are good quality for reasonable prices. But the best part of the store is the staff! So knowledgeable and kind! Even when I went in with an issue, not something they did wrong, they spent lots of time helping me and even sent me out with extra advice and tap shoes screws. I highly recommend them, and this is the only place I'll go to.”

“Randy is amazing at what he does. You can tell he cares about each clients needs and isn't willing to simply up sell you into something you may not need. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and he knew exactly the right shoe to eleviate my pain. He took his time finding the exact fit and color combination to meet my needs. Highly recommend them for shoe comfort guidance at a fair price.”

“I've never have a bad experience getting fitted for shoes here. As a plus size woman looking to get back into cardio, I was anxious about going into a specialty store that probably sees a ton of fit runners. Not only did I feel like the staff was attentive and super helpful, it was great seeing all kinds of people in there getting fitted and being given the same attentiveness - young, old, fit, overweight, etc. I'm now more than halfway through my training for a 5k and I needed new shoes. I had a very small wait time on a Saturday morning and I got the same attentiveness I received on my first visit. There was no pressure to hurry you or to buy something that is not a good fit for your personal fit and situation. The store is clean, bright, and always welcoming. I hope to continue and improve in my fitness journey and, as I do, I know this Fleet Feet location will continue to supply me with the footwear I need!”

“David's bridal saved me this weekend. Forgot my dress 2 hours away for a wedding that same day. I called DB while en route and spoke to a woman that answered all my questions (through my panicked tears 🙃) and assured me they had what I needed. Arrived and was directed to the section I needed. Found a beautiful dress on clearance at an amazing price and was out the door within 20 minutes. A big shout out to Vi(olet) who was such an angel helping me through this ordeal. 500/10 employee 👍🏻 Recommend to all who need a good dress at a decent price while having a panic attack! Weeee!”

“I really enjoyed Fleet Feet. They gave me a comprehensive view of my cadence by having me walk on a special pad. Then, they gave me a few running shoe choices and helped me stay within 40mm heel thickness - I’m competing in an Ironman race. I ended up with a 3rd choice (not shown). Friendly & supportive - a real treat!”

“Amazing Store and Community! I was not a runner when I started coming to this place! They have a group run on a Saturday where so many others showed me kindness and helped me start my running Journey! I had always had the goals of running a marathon. The free guide on the website, the help from the store, and the amazing community all made it possible for me to finish my first marathon! If you are even thinking about running come to a Saturday run - meet some community members who love this activity - and then treat yourself with some knowledge and help in the store! They have great deals for shoes and you get credits for showing up to support them. This is getting long and crazy but literally this place made me a runner - because I wasnt before I found this group.”

“I have interesting stroy with 614 store ! I received wrong product , so I was very upset at the start and decided to give them low rating ! However store owner interfere personally and provided several solutions to make it right. He did really fixed it . Appreciate. The interesting part was the owner kind words . First he said , we do not want to lose you as customer and we would like to keep you as a customer. Secondly he said we are ready to fix our mistake ! As a collector and business man I can say this is the right receipy for success for any business. The store cares about customers and even more they care to ensure right things are done ! When I see the owner is communicating with me directly and he was so humble and polite to discuss the case professionally! Here I said on my mind this is the RIGHT STORE FOR MY BUSINESS . “After having a not so positive experience at a different store, I walked into this store and a man named Jordan came out and helped me get my usual pair of boots. He made sure we scanned my feet to know exactly which size, and insoles I would need. He recommended a few different insoles, and recommended me a pair for arch support. Overall this interaction was a night and day experience from the other store. I actually found out, for the first time in my life, that I have one foot slightly bigger than the other, I wouldn’t of known that had I not gotten my feet scanned, so Jordan, thank you, you have excellent customer service skills. I for sure will return to this place.”

If you’re looking for a boutique that selects brands with high quality fabrics that don’t compromise the style, this is it. They put intention into each piece selected and care into each shopping experience. It’s become the only store I shop at because no other store holds up with variety and quality over time:)”

Alley also took the time to explain how to properly wash and dry to upkeep quality of clothing pieces purchased. Alley is an example of what WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE should be like! I am new to Ohio and she has been hands down the BEST salesperson EVER! Thank you, Alley for the experience of shopping. Maurices, you did a good job hiring her : ) Very Respectfully, Mrs.Lautner”
