Hade it fixed in 30 mins good as new. With the money I saved on the Plumber was able to up Grade. to a better setup. Sutherland has been a trusted partner in this community for as long as I can remember thank you”
“I went to to ask for help with my phone, there were already others there in line. There was a lot going on, phone ringing, customers speaking in different languages, prople coming in & out of store, etc. Through it all the young lady behind the counter (Tammy) didnt miss a beat! She was helping 3 different customers at once, very efficiently, and not getting the slightest bit frustrated. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I was impressed with her!”

“Ingrid (I believe the manager) at the Starbucks inside the Target at Hilliard Rome was AMAZINNNGG. She was so sweet to talk with, went quickly making drinks for us all ANNND gave me samples of the frozen lemonade drinks they are offering currently. I mentioned I was curious but not sure. She made my drink, proceeded with other customers, and put up 2 samples for me and another mom during the course of making several drink orders. I haven't had anyone at a Starbucks go into the drink details and give samples IN YEARS...So Appreciated it, Thank you Ingrid! I will definitely be back for more.”

One of the young men checked my phone and said I didn't need a new phone. He downloaded something to fix my problem. I will always buy my new phones from Best Buy.”

“Overall, I found this store to be helpful. We found the trade in process to be very frustrating. I stopped in this store and they told me I could trade in our phones there. It's a good thing, because I did not receive the right materials to mail them back. We have 2 phones and I received 1 envelope. I called and was told I should have 2 envelopes. Verizon customer service told me on the phone they would send another envelope and box. I called again 10 days later. To this day, I have never received the materials! Since there is a deadline to send the trade ins, I was getting stressed about it. It should not be that hard to do an online trade in! The reps at this store were helpful.”

“This seems to be a really nice little store. They were really helpful every time i've been in the store, and it's really maintained nicely as well. They always seem to have the newest phones out, and other devices. And just like every other MetroPCS you can walk in and pay your bill there as well. So other than having all the nice devices that's out at the time, and bring decently taken care of, it's the people that work there to me that is what makes it worth going and shopping there, and even though I'm with T-Mobile now I still stop in there for phone cases and things like that because it's always cheaper to get it from them there than it is at the T-Mobile store that's in the same shopping center.”
