“Very helpful, told me about this acima leasing program. It allows you to get a phone through boost but you owe the leasing program for the cost of phone. Mine was pricey, $30 a week for a year, and u still owe your monthly boost payment. Good thing about program is you can pay it off early with no penalty. Great program for people in a pinch or not eligible for upgrade at the time. Forgot the lady's name but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you”
“Overall, I found this store to be helpful. We found the trade in process to be very frustrating. I stopped in this store and they told me I could trade in our phones there. It's a good thing, because I did not receive the right materials to mail them back. We have 2 phones and I received 1 envelope. I called and was told I should have 2 envelopes. Verizon customer service told me on the phone they would send another envelope and box. I called again 10 days later. To this day, I have never received the materials! Since there is a deadline to send the trade ins, I was getting stressed about it. It should not be that hard to do an online trade in! The reps at this store were helpful.”
