“Mina went above and beyond to help me on Tuesday last week (11/7). I had dropped off my car at a mechanic, and I had called to reserve a car with a competitor, only to find out not only had their reservation team failed to make my reservation but they had no cars. I had rented from this location before, and I called ahead to make sure they had a vehicle. Mina answered the phone and told me she would wait for me, even though I would be a bit late. She made a terrible situation into a manageable one, and made me very happy. I will continue to use this location and I recommend it to anyone needing a vehicle. Thank you, Mina!”

“The staff are uber friendly and very helpful. They will accommodate you if they can, and they are usually in demand because of how nice everyone is. I have rented through another location before, but this location was very thorough. They had me actually sign the agreement and let me have the option of what car I wanted, which had never happened. Usually, at other locations, I had just been assigned a car with no choice in the matter. Another thing g that has never happened before is that she walked around the car with me to do a pre-damage assessment. I loved the level of service I received. It didn't feel impersonal at all. They should train the other locations staff.”

Any questions( if any) or concerns they help with. My issue is with Corporate. We need new car seats for kids. The ones the office have to use is unacceptable. But overall great place to rent from. Prices are reasonable.”
