“I had to rent a vehicle on 8/18/26 for a couple of days at Enterprise in Grove City, OH. I was able to complete everything online including paying and choosing any extra insurance, ect. In order for me to pick up the car, I needed a ride and Enterprise sent a wonderful gentleman to pick me up from my home. When I get to the location, I literally spent less than a half hour because I was able to do everything online and the young man who assisted me was very pleasant and professional. “I got a nail in my tire while driving through Ohio for a work trip with my team. I made it to Grove City, hoping I’d get a quick patch and be on my way. I ended up needing 4 new tires and had to rent a car to get the rest of the way. Even though there were no cars available online, Mina was able to work a miracle to get my team to our meetings on time.
