“Third vehicle purchased from Classic. Our salesman, Bryan Walker, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. We never felt rushed. All of our questions were answered promptly. “First time using Prince Tires, but I will tell you they got a repeat customer. I called up, asked if they had the right tires in stock, they did. I asked how much and I was shocked to see how great of pricing they had on new tires. I was thinking I would get that price for used! Asked if I could come in right then and there, and they said that they could slip me in. I got there and 20 minutes later I had my new tires installed and balanced! Great service, and efficiency! Never going anywhere else for tires!”

“Excellent Mechanic. They are super polite and so respectful while discussing the issue and its fix. They are so approachable and will answer all questions without a single grin on their case. They fixed my car on a very reasonable price point and went over and above to fix the issue by their resourcefulness. David reprogrammed the replacement part from Scratch saving me a week’s worth of wait at a dealership. They did the work in just 1 day as promised. Exhaust replacement, EPS rack pinion replacement, brakes/rotors on both axels, alignment. Above all I just liked their attitude and work ethic and will always recommend them. All the best to them.”

“Gonna post this review while I’m feeling warm and fuzzy… My Glk was loud in a bad way! My exhaust pipe “lost a clip” at Conrad’s and they were going to charge me $1800 for a new pipe system after holding my car for 2 days. Who’s got that kinda money?!? It was embarrassingly loud so perhaps they thought I’d return. Found Lake Auto. He assessed it took my car in and fixed it within 30 minutes. For less than $300!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! He showed us the problem and service was quick. Highly recommend. Going back for other services.”

Both repairs were done within the original time frame given and you wouldn't be able to tell there was ever damage done to my cars. Everyone at Caliber Collision was very professional to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needed work done to their cars.”

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“We have brought our cars here and have been very happy with the service and friendliness. They have explained and fixed a few computer resets right in the parking lot at no charge. I called them once from a parking lot in Beachwood when my Porsche wouldn't turn over. I first called the Porsche dealer and they had no suggestions other than towing it to them. I call Larchmere and they suggested a few things to try and it is started right up. It is 25 yrs old and needs special care. They are great!”

“Davide is great. He's personal and transparent about what is going on with your vehicle. I typically drive my cars up to 300,000 miles, and he will tell me what needs to be done versus the nuisance issues. He's very reasonable with his pricing and options for resolving any issues. I was introduced to Davide through my father who travels about an hour away from Dilizios to have work done on his cars. We both completely Trust Davide.”
