He broke down the ins and outs for me and asked me questions that I had no idea were important but in fact it helped me understand so much more. He got the guys out to my house and they hooked up all the surround sound he recommended and the new 83” and it was truly the best experience I could’ve had.”

“I did a crap ton of research on products I required for my new computer system. I thought I was going to end up driving waayyy out to the east side, but, I decided to check out Best Buy first to see if they had everything I needed. THEY DID! And to top things off I had a personal shopper who assisted me in finding everything and he even reminded me of stuff I had completely forgotten about looking for. Needless to say, they were my one-stop-shop so I didn't go to the other place. I got a lot more for a lot less than I had expected I was going to pay. Funny part was I walked in the exact amount of cash I needed for my transaction. What are the odds of that happening?! “I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”

“Our home security system stopped working and I traced the issue to a blown fuse (a 1A 125V fuse originally made by LITTELFUSE from what must have been the 1980s). I searched other large online retailers for a similar fuse but couldn't find one with the right amperage and voltage combination; other retailers also didn't specify size. Not only was I able to find fuses with all the right specs from National Fuse, but they were even made by the same original company LITTELFUSE! <$1 each with no minimum orders! I bought a few extras to make the ~$15 shipping cost worthwhile. Really comprehensive catalogue. Highly recommend, even for small orders.”

“I had terrible dealings with T-Mobile customer care over the phone for 10 days over a lot of issues with my account. We started a new phone plan as our present one was being retired, and I was told we qualified for new phones through a promo they had. Over the course of 10 days or more I was given many different answers, and promises, by numerous people and after 10 days or so I was told we didn't qualify for the phones after all and it was a mistake. My account was so messed up by the end of all of this I wanted to cancel everything and go somewhere else. I ended up going to this T-Mobile store in Parma and had the best service and help ever. Frank looked after us at first and was very friendly and helpful but it was something his manager Ramon had to sort out. I want to commend the store manager Ramon. He was the best and extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time with us and sorted out the complete mess I had from customer care. I can't say enough about him and his staff and the service we got. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I will definitely go back to his store instead of dealing with people over the phone.”
