“We were on vacation and my fiance's phone got dropped in a river for half an hour. Once we finally found it, it wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, nothing. It was a couple days before we got home and were able to take it anywhere. Given how fast water damage can ruin electronics, we assumed it was done for. But we hoped we'd at least be able to get some data off that hadn't been backed up. Not only did these guys get it to the point where we could get the data off, but the phone now turns on and works as it should! It may not work forever (because we let it sit too long before we brought it in) but we were able to recover everything we needed to! I will definitely be bringing any broken electronics here in the future”

“I went into this AT&T store and spoke with Jordan the store manager just to ask a few questions. He was able to answer everything and made me feel great. My thoughts of leaving a different cell provider I had been with for 17 years were gone. I came in a few days later and transferred my three accounts over. He even stayed an hour after closing just to make sure that everything was working correctly with all three phones. If you are looking for an upgrade on your current phone or looking for a better provider stop on in and see Jordan and his team they will treat you like family. 6/5 ⭐️”

“I don't typically leave reviews but my experience here was so fantastic that I can't not share it! Huge shout-out and big thank you to JB as well as the district manager for this store whose name I never learned unfortunately, wish I could shout him out by name. I broke my phone this past week, and needed a new one asap. When I went into the store, JB was in the middle of helping a customer who was having a dreadful time trying to get her phone activated and access her Verizon account. It turned into a huge snafu and JB was on the phone with customer service forever. He was so incredibly patient and kind, and was amazing at multitasking and juggling other customers as they came in. He ended up staying well past close in order to assist this customer and myself. I needed a Google pixel, and the only one they had in stock for whatever reason could not be sold or activated. After trying to unravel that mystery, JB called the district manager who was extremely kind and helpful. The manager actually drove a phone over from one of their other stores personally the next day! As if that wasn't enough already, JB was able to save me and my small business some money on our monthly bill by getting us into the process of switching to a business account, which I had no idea was an option with Verizon. Both JB and the district manager absolutely went WAY above and beyond to get a phone for me right away AND saved me some money in the process. Also want to mention that I've been a customer at this store for several years due to the excellent customer service, Mary who moved to another location is also fantastic and I always had a great experience with her as well. I've worked in retail in the past, and been a customer at lots of stores, and this was one of if not the best customer service experience I've ever had. JB and that manager were absolute life savers, can't express how much I appreciate their help. What a way better experience than going to a corporate store. Hats off to you guys!”

“Gone through this place for the past ten years, they always help and offer advice and information. I’ve dealt with the same guy for years, he never seems to be after my pockets which is always appreciated because it allows me to make sound decisions. I’ve bought phones here back when I was a younger adult and I have also more recently bought them for my kids. I’ve never received a bad used phone. I had one issue getting a phone to connect to a prepaid plan and it was fixed the same day.”

“This Verizon store located in Levis Commons is excellent. I have been in there a few times and the service I am given is always good. Yesterday though the service was remarkable. I walked in the evening without an appointment to get a phone activated and Dustin was remarkable even among other good experiences that I have had at the store. Extremely courteous and knowledgable and efficient. Found great deals for me to take advantage of and solved the activation issue on just a few minutes. He even texted me at the end of the day following up with everything and giving me an update on the orders. I cannot speak highly enough about Dustin or the rest of the crew that was working on the evening of 7/25/2024. There were other people in the store being helped and I took notice of how professional, courteous, and efficient the entrie staff was. This is the type of service and experience that will keep me as a customer. Thank you again Dustin.”

“I have been here to get numerous phones fixed. I've had cracked screens and I've had charger port not work on phones for me. They have always fixed my phones with no problems. I have sent people there to get phones fixed and they were always happy when leaving. This is the cheapest place I've had any of my phones fixed and still work. I will continue to go here and send my people here. They are not rude and listen to your problems and do their best to fix it.”

“I have been with AT&T for over twenty years. It bothers me that these telecommunications companies do not really have to provide competition or incentive to retain you as customers. If I felt I could get a better “deal” from a competitor, I would have left AT&T years ago. That changed last week. My phone had been lost/stolen last week and I needed a replacement, the sales associate, Tim S. at the AT&T Franklin Park Mall, Toledo Ohio, could not have been more helpful or sympathetic. He got me a good deal on an upgrade, made excellent recommendations, and expedited the whole process. Great Salesman. AT&T you should give Tim S. A raise, bonus and a promotion, He just saved you a customer.”

I left after making my purchase and had to come back right at closing time because I was having some problems with my new phone number. When I came back right before close they treated me with the same warm, friendly, and helpful experience as when I walked in the door earlier in the day. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will not go to another T-Mobile location for any problems or future purchases in the future. Jon-Luke and Ray were the gentlemen that helped me primarily with the first visit and I couldn’t remember the third employee who was equally as welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed with my experience today.”
