“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. This location has great service, & the employee's are very helpful, & very polite. Highly recommend this location.!”
