“Normally I have the worst luck with my phones being able to be saved & fixed, and I just loose everything. I couldn't get my phone to come on, reboot, NOTHING!! Dawn at the Arlington plaza store was able to get it going within minutes, & even got me a new screen ordered since mine is cracked, & I had completely forgotten that I have insurance on the phone. This location has great service, & the employee's are very helpful, & very polite. Highly recommend this location.!”

“This high tech, modern store with even a pick up locker to obtain your orders contactless was pretty neat. There was a significant wait for an associate, so unfortunately I didn't get any face to face but I know that Verizon is the gold standard. Unfortunately you can't hold any of the phones due to security purposes. ?I still recommend this store for your next pruchase!”
