“So as of late things have been pretty bad in my life and I outta nowhere remembered I have a bill due with the storge company on Heisley Rd in Mentor Ohio. So im like great this is about to make things worse. Cause i dont have time or the extra money for this. You know just every negative thought all at once. So I made a fast call and Heather answered. This woman was amazing. Heather not only calmed me down about every worry I had with this situation. She had me smiling for the first time in a few days. “I just started renting here a month ago...the property is very clean and well lit if you have to go at night. The gentleman who manages the facility is very helpful and kind. The location is good..freeway is just a couple minutes away..prices are reasonable. If you need a place to store your things check out Chestnut Storage you won't be disappointed!”

“Good place for the price. Just recently updated parking lot from stone to chipseal or low grade asphalt. No more dusty foot prints in my vehicles. That made me very happy. Customer service had always been excellent, although I haven't had to contact them very often in the two years I have been there.”
