“Moving Ahead Services is locally owned and NOT a broker. They load you up and drive to your new place and unload you, with clear communication along the way. The cost is reasonable and everyone who I have worked with from scheduling to loaders, to a driver, has been extremely kind and professional. They take great care of your belongings and were able to get us scheduled for a cross-country move in a super short time after being scammed. This is the only moving company to use in the Cleveland area. Highly recommend!”

“The best part of this particular Extra Storage Space is Lance, the manager of the property! He's extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Whenever I've had a question or concern, he's always helped me in whatever way he could. He takes his time with me too, so I don't feel rushed. I also really like having access to my locker from the outside. It's much more convenient than past storage I've had. I do not like the price increases, and do not feel they are reasonable. However, Lance helped me around this, which did help and once again, made me really appreciate Lance.”

She advised me I had options for reserving a unit, could do in the office, on line or by phone...on line seemed the best way and saved me money. As I was moving in, Pamela always found a way to greet me and ask if there was anything she could. The only negative...she did not help me unload the car. “Good place for the price. Just recently updated parking lot from stone to chipseal or low grade asphalt. No more dusty foot prints in my vehicles. That made me very happy. Customer service had always been excellent, although I haven't had to contact them very often in the two years I have been there.”
