He is very knowledgeable, courteous; and professional. We are anticipating using it to enable us to address issues in the amount and items we are storing and do some home repairs as well. We are very impressed!”

“I called to get my storage after 6 and was told by the lady that I had to be out the gate by 10pm or call the police to get out. So, now I’m rushing and didn’t get everything unloaded. I came by at 9am to finish so I could drop the truck off. Got there before they opened at 10am because I needed a lock for my unit. Tricia was at the deck and let me in before the opening time. She listened to my story about the night before and informed me that I could have left after 10 to get out. She also gave me the lockers for free because of the bad information the lady told me on the phone the night before. I would like to thank Tricia again for how helpful and understanding she was with me. So she let me in early, gave me the right information and gave me my lock for free. Tricia is the best.”

“Got my unit yesterday to park my Classic car for the winter. Great location, easy access. Locked gate with your combination to open and close. Set up my auto payment for no worries to be billed. Plenty of Security Cameras around the whole facility!!!”
“Have rented a 10 x 10 unit for 3 years. Once you've signed on (20 minute owner presentation of the lease, rules, can and can't do's etc. very thorough). You get a lock, but you can switch. No master key so only the renter has access. I prefer the online autopsy that this place has. Access 24/7 with your own individual gate code.”

“Good place for the price. Just recently updated parking lot from stone to chipseal or low grade asphalt. No more dusty foot prints in my vehicles. That made me very happy. Customer service had always been excellent, although I haven't had to contact them very often in the two years I have been there.”
