“I stopped in to downsize my unit, I got right in and they were very helpful and friendly. Everything was done on line. After swapping units I discovered my lock did not fit. They were out in the property working but a quick call and they came in and helped me purchase a new lock. I’d recommend using Securcare Self Storage”
“Have rented a 10 x 10 unit for 3 years. Once you've signed on (20 minute owner presentation of the lease, rules, can and can't do's etc. very thorough). You get a lock, but you can switch. No master key so only the renter has access. I prefer the online autopsy that this place has. Access 24/7 with your own individual gate code.”

“Good place for the price. Just recently updated parking lot from stone to chipseal or low grade asphalt. No more dusty foot prints in my vehicles. That made me very happy. Customer service had always been excellent, although I haven't had to contact them very often in the two years I have been there.”
