Even though the store was busy and a bit short-staffed, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and worked well together. I also saw employees taking extra time to help an older customer save money, which was really nice to see.

“Had some technical issues over the phone with their support team finally decided to go to the store physically and a young lady by the name of Aliena I do apologize if I got the spelling wrong, but she ended up helping me with my problem and even with the technical sport that she was talking to at first gave her such a hard time she ended up overcoming all that nonsense and got to the right person, and they both ended up taking care of the problem, but it was her Will and heart to keep on pushing through when she was getting a hard time in the beginning so I just wanted to say thank you very much and definitely appreciate that. “Very happy being a T-Mobile customer. All of their locations are excellent but I do have a favorite. My favorite is the store on Brookpark Road and Ridge Road in Parma.
Even if their parking lot is full, they move fast and efficiently taking excellent care of their customers.
I thought that I was going to be that difficult to handle customer today but surprise surprise....my issue was quickly identified, fixed and I was on my way quicker than I ever have been in the past. I need to note. This issue had been attempted to be solved by a dedicated Apple store numerous times within the past few weeks with no solution! Exceptionally happy with the customer service today.”
“Change service sever months ago and Verizon Corp. owed me a refund. I was unable to secure it via the phone or the Internet but the manager at this location took time out spent an hour securing my refund from the corporate. Thanks again.”
“Forgot his name he was a manager at the one in Strongsville and had blonde hair but he helped me and my mother out so much and answered all of our questions give that man a raise or promotion he is too good was able to get a new phone and watch with my trade in I will be going back when I need another upgrade”
“I was with Cox for 6 years. I moved in with my now husband and he already had another provider but I never had issues with Cox. I had a promotional discount for 2 years and then I called to receive the same promo and they gave it to me for another 2 years. There were minimal outages but nothing that ever affected my work. I’d highly recommend them and would use their service again.”
