I told him that I didn’t need all the bells and whistles because I’m not the most tech passionate persons and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I’d recommend seeing Damien to anyone with Verizon questions!”

“When I stopped in the store was busy. While I waited I noticed the staff interacting with other customers. They took the time to provide assistance regardless how busy it was. I work at Residence at Leader and since I’ve been here, my guy Joey & Ruben has been on top of everything, they make sure all of my residents are well taken care of. “hi my name is Joyce Lipnosky and I worked with one of your helpers Logan was his name. He was extremely helpful and getting rid of some of the passwords and the fraudulent activity that was going on my phone that was leading to me into a danger and he helped me through all of it. He stuck through it for an hour, resetting my phone for me and I can’t say how much he is a value to your company, I just thank you so much”

“Came in to upgrade my iPhone, ran into some troubles but Hunter and the manager (didn’t get the managers name) but they were both super helpful in resolving our issues and getting my mom and I upgraded. Definitely stop by and Hunter will get you all squared away. He was awesome!”
“Rico did a great job assisting me with getting my new devices. Walked into this location expecting to wait like usual but I was immediately assisted. A nice Verizon employee named Rico helped me from A to Z. He answered all my questions, helped me set my device up, and even helped me add a line for my son for almost no cost with a promotion he found. The great service and professionalism at this location is unmatched!”

It was alittle difficult because it was free to change it online in the app the employee wasn't really walking me through and helping me so I asked for the manager and it was well from there!
