“Mekhi was a delight to work with. I am the worst technical person, and he was able to walk me through exactly what I needed and did not try to over sell me. Transferring my data took some time, and he was very patient and pleasant. Prior to waiting on me, he dealt with a very belligerent customer who was calling names and demanding a manager. Mekhi was very calm and professional handling the client and the situation. Meki is a keeper!”
“When I stopped in the store was busy. While I waited I noticed the staff interacting with other customers. They took the time to provide assistance regardless how busy it was. It was clear they provide great customer service. When it was my turn, Frankie helped explain costs involved with a new phone and was even able to lower my phone bill. I highly recommend this store.”

“Well this is my update? actually the service was great the person who attended me was David great person 10/10? answered all my questions, only negative thing is that you do have to wait like 1 hour to be attended, other guy stayed 2 hours with some clients, they should try to fix that because that is something really negative, but everything else was great ? thanks to David ?”

“Had some technical issues over the phone with their support team finally decided to go to the store physically and a young lady by the name of Aliena I do apologize if I got the spelling wrong, but she ended up helping me with my problem and even with the technical sport that she was talking to at first gave her such a hard time she ended up overcoming all that nonsense and got to the right person, and they both ended up taking care of the problem, but it was her Will and heart to keep on pushing through when she was getting a hard time in the beginning so I just wanted to say thank you very much and definitely appreciate that. Now that’s true customer service which a lot of places are missing now these days. Thank you”
