As I came into the store I was greeted immediately, and advised that the agent would be right with me, which I appreciated. When an agent became available I was given all of my options, cost, and different options I could do. He asked me what I needed: what I liked and didn't liked. He explained everything in detail while writing it out for me. I never felt rushed and enjoyed a conversation while my data was being transferred. The agent was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. I'll be back for my next pho n e.”

“❤️ I have an IPHONE which needed to be repaired, it had a cracked screen. I left my phone and went shopping, came back and it was ready. The gentleman informed me that it would only take 25mins. I also purchased a screen protector and phone case, I was excited to see everything was put in its place. All of the prices are shown on top of the counter. The person who repaired my phone was very pleasant and easy to talk with. I would recommend this place if you have a cracked phone that needs to be fixed. All the staff I’ve worked with actually take the time to help you, walk you through plans, phones, etc while being friendly and beyond helpful.

I been to cellairis phone repaier store in Polaris mall to get my phone fixed, I asked the guy who is working there his name is Henry I asked him for my broken phone, he told me the cheapest price for my i7 plus and told me come back after 20mins so when got back he showed me my phone first I didn't recognize my phone it was like brand new, it was working great and still working, he also gave me 50% off for other purchases. They are very serviceable people ... I hope you guys all had a good experienced there”

“Orlando is exceptional! I came to this store after having an awful experience at the Polaris/Lewis Center Verizon store. He was so helpful and made this typically stressful experience for me an enjoyable time! I will go to him for any future phone needs. He was standing at the front door to greet me as soon as I got there. It was so nice to have a great conversation and make this experience as easy as possible. This man deserves a raise! He was above and beyond all expectations and I even left my purse there and he called me right away so I could come back and get it. I was going to just buy all of my new phone chargers, accessories, and cases cheap on amazon or tj maxx but he was so fabulous I ended up purchasing all of my gear from him directly which is something I never do because I think they are overpriced. He helped me pick out the cutest phone case to go with my super cute pink new Iphone 16. He was fabulous! Everyone be sure to go see MR.Orlando!”
