They listened to my requests for grooming to a T. They have great customer service and are so friendly. The prices were shockingly low compared to previous groomers I have used as well. 10/10 recommend. I'll definitely be using them for all my grooming needs going forward.

16410 County Home Road, MarysvilleThis office is amazing and so kind. I called in this morning trying not to sob on the phone because my pet turkey broke her leg. They got me in for the afternoon same day and they took amazing care of us. It seems like they genuinely do care about your animal and they do go above and beyond. They did take me serious, they listened, they were so transparent about pricing and my turkey fell half asleep on the table because one of the students kept petting her while they treated the leg. The doctor was also very realistic which I really did appreciate. Even though we don't know if my turkey is gonna pull through long term, they 100% made the whole situation better and I felt really taken care of in a vulnerable moment like that.

17823 OH-31, MarysvilleHUGE shout out to Dr Levan and his team, who offered to see my senior pittie in their large-animal clinic on the back side of their practice. Kaia is 13 1/2 and is afraid to walk on 'slippery' (read: tile, lol) floors like the ones in their main lobby and domestic rooms. They let us in the back door and I could tell immediately that Kaia was much more relaxed than she normally is at vet visits. No panting. No shaking. No trauma for either of us, lol. What probably felt insignificant to them, meant the world to me and my old gal.🖤 Thank you so much!

I called her in a panic before office hours and she showed up! She has taken care of spaying & neutering, shots, sick calls and when their short time beside us is done, euthanasia at home. And on top of that, her fees are usually lower than other vets around!

She came to my house and helped me with my older pitbull’s introduction to the new pittie that had gone all wrong. I was desperate not to give up on my dogs and she came and saved us all. My two dogs integrated with her help and they were bonded until the end. My sweet boy passed a few weeks ago, and I am so grateful he became part of our life, thanks to Laurie.

Her and her team helped to ensure everything ran smoothly and on time the entire day. You also cannot beat the vendors they work with (Gourmet Fresh and Fiori Florals) - the wedding package makes everything so easy! There was truly no stress at all when working with this awesome team. The venue and vendors created such a beautiful and amazing day, and we are so grateful for Retreat 21 and Michaela. We highly recommend Retreat 21 for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the central Ohio area! :)
