Customer services is everything especially today customers don't receive top Care. However this is not the case here I had a problem with my bike and I dropped my bike off and there was a mistake made while repairing it. however the mistake was caught and taking care of. I was called and told the mistake happened and it was taken care of. That is great customer service from here on out I will always use this place for my bike concerns. I've always said a lot of times you can buy a product and if the product is good or bad that's okay but you will always remember how you were treated and in this place you will be treated like your are the number one priority.

I called about the closing time, and she wanted to know how fara away I was. She took my order, and asked that I call when I was 15 minutes away so my order would be fresh and hot. I was not disappointed, she delivered on all counts. Pretty sure it was one of the owners. Just excellent service, and delicious food.

Stopped in last night with a coworker to grab a slice and ended up trying the meatballs too! honestly some of the best Italian meatballs I've had in Columbus. Andrea was our server and she was fantastic. Super friendly, greeted us with a genuine smile, and just made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does. We'll definitely be back, and I've already been telling people about it. Great food and great service.
