The two recent reviews were actually USDA licensed breeders trying to get ferrets from her I'm pretty sure, and a USDA licensed breeder is a red flag backyard breeder most of the time. Scarlett is a responsible hobby breeder, who is better and has healthier ferrets compared to those possibly bad backyard breeders, and she sounds very nice and wonderful, I would like to get a ferret from her some day!
Plus, anyone who feels that she is rude or was denied, there was a good reason why! Ferrets are high-maintenance pets that deserve lots of care, they are super misunderstood

672 Cheshire Rd, DelawareI've been taking my furry friends here since I moved to the area over a decade prior, and still go even though it is not at all convenient for me now. The staff have always been super helpful and considerate, and seem to know and remember my kitties even if they don't see them all that frequently (thank goodness!). They were also very compassionate when the time came to put one of them to rest.
Prices are reasonable for the quality of care, and I've never felt pressured or guilted into certain treatment options, nor denied them either. Staff tend to go out of their way to help too, be it recommendations for pet sitters, obtaining old records, offering me bandaids when my cat decided he did Not want to go to the vet, or cleaning out the carrier when another cat litter-ally peed himself. ...gotta love the furry idiots, though.
Love the office kitties too.

They also have a decent drink selection which makes sitting out on their nice patio in 3/4 seasons of the year very enjoyable. Servers are always quite nice!
