After just a short time under her care, she accurately diagnosed our dog with Addison’s disease — a condition that can be difficult to detect. She treated our dog, Ellie, with such kindness and compassion — as if she were her own. While her medical knowledge was clearly top-notch, what stood out even more was her ability to break everything down in a way that made us feel informed, supported, and confident in our next steps. Thanks to Dr. Grandominico’s guidance and quick action, Ellie is already on the path to feeling like a happy, healthy dog. The office staff was also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

4252 Lyman Dr, HilliardWe have brought our cat here many times for boarding and not that he can tell us, but he always settles in quickly when we drop him off and seems happy when we pick him up! It’s definitely a little expensive, especially with the playtimes to ensure the cats actually get out of the cages for a little while each day, but if my cat is happy then I’m happy. I hate to think my cat would be locked up in the little cage for a full week if we didnt pay the extra, so it is what it is.
The cats don’t get group playtime or potty time like the dogs do, so I believe they would be locked up the entire stay if you don’t pay the extra.
Be sure to be aware of the “check out” time requirements with boarding as well. You get charged for an extra full day if you pick up after noon 12pm (regardless of what time you dropped off)

The service is fantastic and I love the fact I didn't have to get out of the car. They need to put a screen on the wall and play some movies while people eat that would make the experience even more enjoyable. The only downfall was the food gave my wife extreme heartburn the next morning. But other than that it would of gotten 5 stars

What puts this location over the top, you might ask? Well, in my expert opinion, it’s the staff that makes the whole experience that much better. They are awesome. In fact, if it didn’t sound like a law firm, I’d suggest renaming this location: Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard, brought to you by Morgan, Morgan, Morgan, Miley & Stephanie.
Bottom line: they are killing it and putting it on ice. Black cherry Italian ice, to be exact! 😉

5354 Center St, HilliardI have ordered a salad and cinnamon sugar on sweet potato fries. Wyatt and James were the two gentlemen that prepared the food. I have never eaten a salad that tasted this good. I didn't even use any dressing. The fries were the best I have ever eaten. They were crisp on the outside and tender inside. I will definitely be back. This meal really made my day and Wyatt and James did an excellent job! Thank you guys!!!! I will tell others about the great choices and great food from Pitabilities located in Crooked Can.

5344 Center St, HilliardWent to Otie’s 3x, 5 and 4yrs ago. It amazed me how much realestate and potential they had for this type of location…but weren’t, despite how Hilliard has been doing a lot very well and they are supported by the community, as noted by housing, passing school levies, etc.
I also understand thru rumor there may have been some issues with Crooked Can getting a favorable setup with brewing beer over them, but the fact is, Otie’s plummeted in quality and service was pretty bad. As a positive- The downtown needed an edgy watering hole but with great service and GREAT food.
I have now been in ANOTHER 3x since May 2026 and its been really night and day. Food quality out of the kitchen and service have to be in sync for the best restaurants and they are threatening to climb this ladder. All of the things that help get a restaurant from, good to great, have to really be hired and taught by the ownership/management.
I am of the opinion that they have gone from barely mediocre to VERY good. Im excited to see how they get from very good to great. My unsolicited advice is to be demanding of themselves and the staff. Make it a place employees WANT to work, so they never have to worry about caliber bar staff that wont rip you off or kitchen help that know how to GSD and expediters that can refuse to send an order to the floor. Hold each other accountable, be a pro.
As a hilliard resident I am happy for the new management and to see this happening. I hope they keep the foot on the gas and get bands upstairs and create positive insanity...
Start with adding motorcycle parking along the Patio side and a Bike Night. 😂😂😂. Ahem. No really. You can do ANYTHING if the food is stellar and the service is great. See y’all 🔜.
