They were also incredible with our dog, Cooper, providing compassionate and thorough care throughout his life and in his final weeks. Every doctor and technician we’ve seen has been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They take the time to explain things clearly and treat each animal like their own. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and easy to communicate with, whether scheduling appointments or getting follow-up updates. After just a short time under her care, she accurately diagnosed our dog with Addison’s disease — a condition that can be difficult to detect. Her thoroughness, quick communication, and clear explanations made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.
She treated our dog, Ellie, with such kindness and compassion — as if she were her own. While her medical knowledge was clearly top-notch, what stood out even more was her ability to break everything down in a way that made us feel informed, supported, and confident in our next steps. Thanks to Dr. Grandominico’s guidance and quick action, Ellie is already on the path to feeling like a happy, healthy dog. The office staff was also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

2194 Hilliard Rome Rd, HilliardI have been using Healthy Pets in Hilliard for many years. Over the last year, I lost both of my pups (one to old age, and one to lymphoma). Dr. Hunt and Dr. Graham were both absolutely incredible. During my pups short fight with lymphoma, they were amazing. Dr. Graham called me on his day off with test results, and made sure I knew all of my options. Dr. Hunt, who was on surgery duty the day I rushed my boy in to get checked, made time for me without notice. I even received a hand-written card from them both after his passing. I can't recommend them enough. I would never take my pets anywhere else. Thanks a ton!

4252 Lyman Dr, HilliardWe have brought our cat here many times for boarding and not that he can tell us, but he always settles in quickly when we drop him off and seems happy when we pick him up! It’s definitely a little expensive, especially with the playtimes to ensure the cats actually get out of the cages for a little while each day, but if my cat is happy then I’m happy. I hate to think my cat would be locked up in the little cage for a full week if we didnt pay the extra, so it is what it is.
The cats don’t get group playtime or potty time like the dogs do, so I believe they would be locked up the entire stay if you don’t pay the extra.
Be sure to be aware of the “check out” time requirements with boarding as well. You get charged for an extra full day if you pick up after noon 12pm (regardless of what time you dropped off)

Exceptional team member, Ella, cheerfully greeted me & happily explained the process & menu. It brings a smile to my face when you can tell a person enjoys what they're doing.
I was able to sink my teeth into a customized Cheeseburg & experience tasty, Cajun, Potato Teezers too! The Dirty Soda is a decadence I didn't know I was missing in my life. I'll absolutely come back for more deliciousness with my fiancé.

I ordered the mini bourbon burger, no jalapeños, add pickles, and a fry. It was definitely messy but that’s to be expected by the name. ? The bun held up perfectly and was not soggy in any way despite all the deliciousness it was holding. Burger was cooked to an excellent medium/medium well resulting in that perfect juiciness. The topping distribution and ratio was spot on. My food took 20 minutes from time of ordering to receiving a text that it’s ready for pickup. Overall a great experience, excellent value, and amazing flavor - I will be back!
