“Ummm I'm kind of in shock right now. I have never in my whole life had such an amazing experience with a pharmacy. It's Sunday, I live in Hamilton, the pharmacy is 25min away in Mason. They brought my son's medication, which they compounded special for him btw, to my door...FOR FREE, with a smile! I think I woke up into an alternate reality because this doesn't happen in mine! Difficult to find an associate if you need help
Since my purchase was made using Walmart pay, I started the return process using the mobile app, and got in the mobile Express line....easy right? NO, I was totally ignore by the CSRs on duty, when I finally spoke up, they said 'we never use that line'. Then why do you have it, and why isn't there s closed sign? Ginnie Hellinger needs to do a better job with her store. You can't compete with Amazon with this kind of service!!!!”

“This pharmacy is absolutely the best pharmacy I've been to in my life! Very nice people, went out of their way to mke phone calls thry didn't hve ro do to help me when I needed help with other phamacys trying to make things difficult. I would of rated a 10 of possible!.”
“The gas station location is good There are lights in the evening and they monitor the safety there which is good. It has a small store and they sell ice melting salt at winter. Price is vary, sometimes slightly higher than the other gas stations in the area. Easy to access. Pumps are kind of old system but they work properly.”

“I came in to get some allergy medicine for my kids and was greeted nicely by the young man at the register even while he was helping another customer. I was having a little difficulty finding what I was looking for and another individual, I’m assuming he was a manger, asked if I needed help. Not only did he show me what aisle the product was in, he asked which one I was looking for and he helped me locate it!!! Not many stores have that level of customer service these days. I’ve been to this store in the past and didn’t even receive a hello when I walked in. There has definitely been a change in staff and management recently, it’s very refreshing to to experience this!! I will definitely be back again!”

“Oh walgreens, You used to be good and reliable but now its awful, for a person with a disibility, walgreens used to stock all my medication in house, now they have central fill in indiana and its a mess, either they dont have it at all anymore or they cant pull it back because it will take 2 days. The staff here is not the friendliest. I have been using this pharmacy off and on since march 2020 when covid started. There has been a staff change and some are good and some are awful. The walgreens central fill system is awful and run poorly. Meijer and kroger have had central fill for years and it is okay but they allow there staff in stores to pull meds to stkre level if needed quicker, and also meijer has central fill deliverys on saterdays. So Im not sure How much longer I will use this walgreens and thats a shame because walgreens used to be good”

“Incredibly convenient for travelers! My partner and I were staying in a nearby motel to go to King's Island. Even on vacation we don't like having every meal "out" so we were delighted that this Kroger was so nearby to pick up juice, frozen dinners, yogurt, and a few other things and keep in our mini fridge. The store seemed well-stocked and well organized. Prices were reasonable. The self-checkout worked well, so we were in and out in no time. :)”

“Kroger drive-thru pharmacy pick-up at Terra Firma location is great. I don’t understand the bad reviews. It is so convenient using the app to see prescriptions that are available to be refilled. You just mark the ones wanted and select a pickup time and day. Rx always ready when they say. The staff are all courteous, helpful, efficient. It is the best pharmacy I have used since I moved here 7 years ago. I tried online pharmacy which was awful. I tried 2 other of the biggest name pharmacies and they seemed to be overworked and overwhelmed. Thank you Kroger for providing adequate staffing and wonderful employees in the pharmacy.”
