“I purchased a new phone at the AT&T store. Brandon successfully transferred the information from the old phone to the new phone. When I returned home with my new phone, I realized that I did not have the proper charger. The phone came with a cord but no charger. ? These new phones need new materials! ? I wish this was mentioned when I was at the store.”
“i stopped in, dropped my phone off with a short explanation of how the antenna stopped responding, but an alternate phone antenna worked fine. Estimated time 20-30 minutes, i stepped out for lunch nearby and it was ready when I came back. Way cheaper than getting a new cell phone!”

“I just gotta say I went to this store twice today because I had so many questions. I recently started working at a work from home job with tons of equipment that my previous Internet plan could not accommodate. Brandon and Tyaeh (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) assisted me today and they were so very helpful! They answered every question I had to where I could actually understand (I’m horrible with this kinda stuff) and even recommended products from bestbuy that would be great for exactly what I’m doing. The customer service I experienced today was absolutely fantastic and they were so kind!”

“I got my iPad fixed at a shop that was cheaper boy do I regret doing that because I took it to matt for him to fix it right. He opened up the device parts/screws were missing cheap parts were used. Matt fixed everything brand new. Matt may be a couple dollars more expensive but you’ll be paying to get it fixed twice when he has to fix the other repair men lol. Come here to get it done fast and right no corners cut!!! I will now only come here for device issues he’s a stand up guy and very honest and that’s hard to find in this business”
