And they are like $5 and I just tried these on right in the parking lot this is a nice store I'm telling you I would be back a Hidden Gem. They sell live indoor plants that are nicely warm and a little special section definitely worth my time effort and money”

“This store is so nice. So clean. Everyone is very helpful except for the older lady at the register who is extremely rude with short gray hair. When someone is asking to price check something that is two of the same exact items and one is marked $3 more naturally I asked if I can get it for both of them for the cheaper price. There's no reason to give anyone attitude. It's a yes or a no question and if you said no then I would have left the item. No big deal but you continued to talk under your breath as if I couldn't hear you saying like when you go to the grocery store there's inflation rates on stuff. It's a newer item. It doesn't matter. It's the exact same item! If you can't work with a general public, do us all a favor and don't. To all the other people working in this store, you're amazing, kind and helpful. Thank you”

“I miss the Macy's of a few years ago. There was clothes to pick up and try on but not a lot to choose from. Yes, more on line. The clerk in the shoe department on July 8 was so helpful and really found shoes that fit me. Enjoyed talking to her.”

“This was my first time ever placing an order at a Walmart Bakery. I went online and saw a cupcake player I liked, customized the flavors of the cake and icing and added in text with a color I wanted. I placed my order at least two weeks ahead of time so plenty of time! Come pick up day I didn't know what to expect, but I loved that I could check my order progress through my Walmart account. To my surprise my order was done an hour ahead of the promised time! I was able to go in, pick up the order, and leave! The design ended up being a slightly different color than what was online, but still had the overall same effect, and I was satisfied! I also appreciate that they made transporting the cupcakes easy by "glueing" them down with extra icing- it helped with transporting to the celebration.”

“I am a 79 year old man who carries oxygen and walks with a cane. I have shopped at your Columbia Station, North Olmsted, and Lorain locations. In all three stores I was asked and given help from purchase to the trunk of my car. Wonderful people! They asked me if I could use help. I didn't have to ask them. “I went in there today after looking in the Big Box store nearby. I found the perfect item and bought two because the price was right. Also to note: they do have bathrooms, and they are extremely clean for retail bathrooms.”
“Has the best junior formal dress selection we've found so far, slightly disorganized but that is to be expected when there are tons of young ladies in a rush to find the perfect dress for whatever event they have coming up. The associates were very helpful and even held a dress for us that we picked up later in the evening. We ended up picking two dresses, and both were very affordable and absolutely stunning. The only thing we weren't a huge fan of is the fact that some of the dressing room door slats were broken, and we thought they should replace the doors with something more solid so it feels more private.”
“It's been a long time since I shopped here. We were a little disappointed in some of the changes and the shortage of staff at the store. The only good thing about looking for help was being able to see other things we could use. The staff we did find was very helpful. We'll have to get back there before their doors are closed. Looks like Sears all over again.”
“I don’t shop at Nordstrom Rack often, but when I do I have always had an amazing experience. Nada, the sweetest person I have ever met, is always courteous and makes me feel like I’m the best customer. She’s the example of how all cashiers should be. Liz is another great employee. Very patient and helpful. I was in a bad mood and I was being rude to her but she stayed professional and helped me with a smile on her face. She turned my mood around and made my day!”

But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”

I was impressed with the quality of the clothing, especially considering the budget-friendly prices. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Also a large assortment of cosmetics, hair care, a good selection of women's bags, well, how can we not mention the department with toys that we never miss, as well as everything necessary for the home.
