“Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”

I've worked in retail for 10 years, and trust me, these are the good guys—they will ensure you leave with precisely what you want, not with what you didn't need. There are a lot of stores out there, but the ones with souls are rare. You can get your suit anywhere, but if you want one that comes with good memories—and a really, really good fit—get it here. “A store with excellent choices apparel for men and women. It is unfortunately going out of business but they have a 40% sale along between now and the end of December 2025 so it is an excellent time to shop at Orvis in Kenwood.”
“Maegan was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out 2 outfits with accessories for a concert. She was upbeat, personable, kind and supportive. I came back the next day to exchange for different sizes and she was happy to see me. I am beyond grateful for her. I will definitely be back to Buckle!”
“One of Cincinnati’s hidden treasures! I have not only found amazing things in the shop, but I’ve also had custom tie-dye work done. Everywhere I go, I get compliments on the things that I order from funky Sunshine. The staff is incredibly pleasant, and have beautiful souls! Such good energy goes into each artistic piece!”

“Such a sweet encounter today with the young woman working at fields Ertel Sephora today. She asked me quietly if my daughter could have a perfume sample as she admired all the cosmetics. I said yes. She gave her a tiny bottle of sample perfume in a small Sephora bag. It absolutely made my little girl's day.”
“This store has great clothes for great prices. For example, I've bought multiple Victoria's secret sports bra here for around $12 each when the normal price for these bras is typically about $50. I don't know how they are able to sell name brand clothes at such a steep discount but I'm sure glad they do. They also sell so many other types of discounted clothes as well, and as far as I can tell, these items are basically indistinguishable those that you would buy from the name brand retailer.”
“I came in with my daughter for back to school shopping. My daughter is fairly small and tall, so it’s hard finding pants that fit her. Shiyanne was able to find us a few different styles of jeans and dress pants that my daughter could try on. I was so happy when I realized that they carried a tall version in the pants, and so was my daughter. Not only was Shiyanne customer service great, she was so attentive to the other customers and other workers when they needed her help, while still making sure we were doing okay. We ended up leaving with two pairs of pants and we ordered some online as well.”
“When me and my fiance and my daughter went to lids I got my fiance a couple hats and I got one with his name put on it in gold and they did a really nice job with his hat putting his name on it I can't wait to get him some more hats with his name and everything on it we was just spendin family time ? together we really had a great time spendin family time together”

“My man and I visited on February 6 2021. We went to the Spencer's in the mall. It was a good visit other than one attendant that was a lil rude about wearing a mask. I had just lowered my mask to wipe the sweat off and she immediately said something in a rude tone and it was as if she was snapping at me which I didn't deserve.I have noticed they have added new items I have never seen sold there before and it was nice to have another option of a place to purchase these items. (Chakra, spell books, incense tarot cards, sages of all kinds)”
