“I was visiting family and took my daughter to Kenwood mall to go shopping. I saw The Buckle and got excited, because I haven't been to one in 20 years. I moved to a state where they are not around. We went in and Meg was there to help. I haven't been able to find a good pair of jeans that fit me, without wearing a belt, for the past 15 years. So I knew exactly what I was looking for. I quickly gave her my specs, she asked me some more detailed questions, and started pulling different types of jeans for me. Everything she pulled was right on point! I ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans. My husband came in and she gave him the same attention. He is really picky when it comes to the way his clothes fit, so he didn't like any of the jeans she pulled. But after talking with him again, she pulled one last pair and he loved them! I don't think I have ever experienced customer service like this before in a clothing store. Meg was not pushy at all. She listened to what we wanted, even offered some extra top choices for my daughter. I wish I lived closer, because I would start buying my clothes from her at The Buckle. She was very thorough and absolutely amazing. I hope that The Buckle Corporation sees this and gives her a promotion and/or a pay raise. She is the epitome of what a Buckle representative should be. Meg, thank you so much for your time and expertise today. If you ever need a resume recommendation, I will GLADLY give you one! Great job!”

“Like Chuck Taylors, Vans have a way of making my size 14 feet look even more clownshoes, so I have to be very picky whenever considering their designs. I also have the taste of an 8 year old, so I'm usually only considering their designs when it's something like Mickey Mouse or Charlie Brown. I've had no small amount of luck with both of those IPs at this location, though more in terms of accessories - the shoes can sell out pretty quickly online, so by the time the stores get any inventory, it's either not available in my size or limited to things like socks. Still, I've come away with some wins here!”

“I admit this place has gone a little downhill over the last 5 years but I still appreciate coming to the store, especially during the holidays and seeing what items are for sale and browsing vs just shopping online. They have everything you need from Macys (men's store, mattress, bedding, kids, women's, plus size, fragrance and beauty) and enough traffic that inventory is pretty good compared to the other Macys around town. Love that this holiday season they have an expanded toys r us section with deals and toys for all ages. The customer service is still friendly and great. Parking around kenwood is a breeze. There's also a furniture store across the street!”

They are so helpful and kind, and the store is always clean and organized despite heavy shopping and a massive amount of inventory.Cheaper than TJ's or Marshalls, and way more relaxed of an atmosphere.”

“I live fairly close to this location and was super excited when they opened. I must say I am a REGULAR. I always joke with the staff and say they should just hire me because I am there at least 3 times a week.I will tell you the staff is amazing, they greet you every time you walk in, they ask how your day is and they make your shopping experience feel like you are a part of their family.I went just yesterday to look for a pair of pants I needed a different size in. One of the wonderful employees, Amber, reached out to her co-workers to tell them she will be stepping away from the register. She then told me to follow her and spent a good 20 minutes helping me look for these pants on the floor. She even went to the back to look for them!!!! And not to mention- she was due to leave and she didn’t even sigh or appear to be in a rush. I promise you will not be sorry stepping into this location!!”
“My man and I visited on February 6 2021. We went to the Spencer's in the mall. It was a good visit other than one attendant that was a lil rude about wearing a mask. I had just lowered my mask to wipe the sweat off and she immediately said something in a rude tone and it was as if she was snapping at me which I didn't deserve.I have noticed they have added new items I have never seen sold there before and it was nice to have another option of a place to purchase these items. (Chakra, spell books, incense tarot cards, sages of all kinds)”
“Had a really fun time trying on suit shirts and ties with Thomas who was filling in there from I think the Deerfield location. He is not only professional, knowledgeable and obviously knows his stuff but he made the boring task of trying to find dress clothes absolutely fun! He helped me try things on while juggling other customers needs and always letting me know that he wasn’t forgetting about me. I felt terrible because I am such a skinny runt that there was a limited amount of exact fits for me but Thomas kept on working with what he had and matched out shirts and ties and came up with some great combinations even helping me do some “photo ops” so I could text over the pics to the wife for approval. In the end I decided to check what Jos A. Bank has online in my size to get more selection hopefully and I apologized to James for wasting his time and not making a purchase and he didn’t get upset but just expressed that at least now I know the sizes I need to look for. He is a great asset to their company! Definitely want to go back when I need more clothes for church!”

“Today I went into the shop looking for something super specific and almost obsolete, devyn went COMPLETELY out of her way to try to help me. After leaving the store I realized I left my card somewhere and called 5 of the ten places we had been today, started to panic thinking someone may have stolen my card . And just as I was calling the sixth I got a text message from this wonderful angel informing me she found my lost card. She was wonderfully helpful, super nice, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend you shop here. Great employees, great selection; and they’ll go above and beyond for you. ❤️”
