“Just wanted to quickly write this down before I forget , I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped my daughter and I earlier this afternoon, but she was working up front around 1-2 pm today 8-21-25. She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Most of the people/employees that I’ve encountered here are very knowledgeable and friendly, much more than USPS across the street. So this was a Thank you review, I will continue to use this specific store from now on. It’s worth the extra minute drive .”

I have a package I drop off monthly and every single time I come in the two women working and consistently kind, warm and efficient. I was thinking about canceling the subscription I have which would mean no more returning packages. My first thought was, “No, I won’t see the team at PakMail anymore!”.

“We were assigned Navis Pack & Ship through the SHIP SMART moving company..a move from NJ to OH, too small for a larger company, so the move was parsed out to a mover in NJ to collect our goods, and a separate mover in OH to deliver once our belongings arrived. Navis was quick to communicate once everything was in OH, and flexible on what dates worked for me to receive at our storage unit. The crew was efficient, clean cut, and friendly, and all of our possessions arrived in good condition. Would use again!”

He was attentive to me while I waited for Samsung Support but was also able to take care of all the customers in line behind me, while making sure to check in on me and asking if I was still good. “This is the Fed Ex store I frequent due to the company getting a building in New Albany. I use to dread coming in. We have a corporate account and somehow I would always get this lady, let's just call her Karen and she would always give me a hard time. I would bring the items in to have her box it up she said oh I can't do that, mind you I work in the IT dept for a bank so I would ONLY have monitors and laptops to ship, nothing crazy. I would say isnt this a pack and ship. She would ask to see my ID for me to use the business account ???. I explained I never had to do this at any other Fed Ex store. She would ask me questions to verify the account or sometime she would say oh I cant find the account in our system. So I literally stopped coming. She was THE WORST. So I had to send a package out early and I couldn't make it to the City Gate so I sucked it up and came into the store. To my surprise she wasn't there and I got Malik he was a breathe of fresh air. I had three things to ship to three seperate locations, no problem Malik took care of it. Boxed up all the items, packed it himself and took my business account and I didn't have to show ID. He was super professional and assisted me like it was his job unlike .......Karen......I might come back in there if I know he is there. Plus we was jamming to that new Meek Mill on his little radio. A+ service.”
