“My visit on Saturday, July 26 was my first time there. The store is clean, well lit and well stocked but signage could be better. The young man working the afternoon I was in was not friendly and seemed indifferent to helping the customers who were there. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I worked in retail for over 30 years and in retail, you don't get to have bad days. I would definitely go back, but hope someone else is working the next time I go in.”

I got a second opinion on the work, and the Sahlani bros had a better price and used higher quality parts (KYB brand) at a fair price compared to another local shop. The work was done very timely. I drove the car the next day 291miles with no issues.”

“This is our spot! My husband and I are there a minimum of twice a day each! The staff behind the counter are always friendly and good for a quick Convo. It's a tad pricey but I prefer paying more for good service. Always our first choice to stop.”

I said some negative things about this store I've never been to Ohio and we stopped at two different stores and I miss spoke when I said true north I apologize to true north and all their staff,for putting a negative light on their store. I had no issues at the store I had no problems .very friendly staff ,professionalism,no issues so I apologize for anyone who read my previous post”

“I found this location while traveling through Cleveland. It was marked on the highway sign under gas. While it was a bit further than expected, it was worth it. The station was very well lit for night time. The pumps were newer and quick. The inside was clean and the staff was friendly. Shell rewards are accepted here, but not Kroger.”
“Great place with friendly staff, and prices are reasonable for it's convenience. Not too overpriced on everyday goods.
The customer base is fairly bad though. Every single time I come in there is a customer trying a scam of some sort. Usually the customer saying they gave the attendant more money than they actually did, or ordering food saying someone else is paying for it. I'm not joking either when I say it happens every single time I'm at this location. I feel bad for the workers having to put up with crap like that all day, every day.”
