“Mekhi was a delight to work with. I am the worst technical person, and he was able to walk me through exactly what I needed and did not try to over sell me. Transferring my data took some time, and he was very patient and pleasant. Prior to waiting on me, he dealt with a very belligerent customer who was calling names and demanding a manager. Mekhi was very calm and professional handling the client and the situation. Meki is a keeper!”

“Had some technical issues over the phone with their support team finally decided to go to the store physically and a young lady by the name of Aliena I do apologize if I got the spelling wrong, but she ended up helping me with my problem and even with the technical sport that she was talking to at first gave her such a hard time she ended up overcoming all that nonsense and got to the right person, and they both ended up taking care of the problem, but it was her Will and heart to keep on pushing through when she was getting a hard time in the beginning so I just wanted to say thank you very much and definitely appreciate that. We had an outage in our area and our router and modem needed replaced.These 2 lovely women helped get that replaced quickly, offered phone promotions and didnt sell anything down my throat like other locations.
