“Dalia deserves a raise! I had recently got my iphone 13PM stolen and i needed a new phone so i went up to my local tmobile and she was able to answer all the questions i had and she was able to get me a new iphone 12 and was ablw to transfer all of my old phones data to my new one without having to access the old phone. i also ended up buying an apple watch while i was in there. dalia was a wonderful help thank you”
“My wife went to this T-Mobile store to get her father a new cell phone and experienced amazing customer service. Her dad‘s old phone wasn’t working properly, so she was having difficulty getting the old number ported to the new phone. BJ went above and beyond to get her dad‘s old number assigned to the new phone. She was amazed that the staff at this store worked so hard just to get her dad a new flip phone. BJ said that there are no big and small phones and they treat all the customers the same.”
“Absolutely fantastic computer repair and services company. Easily one of the most impressive customer service experiences I have ever had as well. Dan Robinson was the employee that assisted me with my computer issues and repair. The level of professionalism that was displayed was very impressive and very much appreciated. I was contacted and notified of both progress reports regarding the status of my repair, updates and confirmation of problem sources with specific information on what repairs were performed, as well as suggestions and recommendations to improve the quality of my PC components if requested. My PC was repaired in less than 48 hours and, as I am currently typing this review from it, has been running exceptionally well.I highly recommend this company to any individual with PC related issues and I would recommend Dan to resolve any of these issues as well. Easy 5 stars.”

It was alittle difficult because it was free to change it online in the app the employee wasn't really walking me through and helping me so I asked for the manager and it was well from there! “Had them for over 2 yrs, excellent and friendly customer service! Only internet available at the time and did what it needed to do with over 22 devices in the house. Internet did go out here and there but nothing that was note worthy. In my opinion, worth more than the 1 star they are currently receiving from others.”
“Came in to upgrade my iPhone, ran into some troubles but Hunter and the manager (didn’t get the managers name) but they were both super helpful in resolving our issues and getting my mom and I upgraded. Definitely stop by and Hunter will get you all squared away. He was awesome!”
