“The staff went overly above and beyond. They were all so patient and attentive. Made the necessary recommendation and made it happen, which allowed for me to get a new phone. I entered the store upset, exited with a huge smile on my face. So shout out to store# 2VSL, if it wasn't for them I'd be back in the same predicament at some point with the same headache of a phone that I initially had. Signed the lady with the zfold flip with the black screen lol. Aye T-Mobile that phone need not be sold anymore, that's the second one that I went thru in 1 year due to the screen going black, so I'd recommend taking that one off the list of phones yall sell!!! But other than that, thank all that assisted me during my visit at store# 2VSL.”

“I am not a t mobile customer anymore, but I need to write this for a specific gentleman named julio at this location. I came in for an issue that I has been charged for a line for the last three months.I didn't know about. He could have sent me away and sent me to an experience store because they only get commission here and don't typically help with customer service related issues. He took the time out of his day to help call sales support.Got the lineI didn't know about canceled and refunded for the charges. I will not forget him and what he did for me today.And truly appreciate it as that money can go a long way in these tough times right. Thank you again, julio, for being an amazing human being!”

“Last weekend we had decided we were going to add my girlfriend to my existing one line plan and see what we could upgrade to that was affordable. We both prefer iPhone and we were both overdue for an upgrade. I’ve been with Verizon for 3 years and prefer them as they are the most reliable service. Mannan kindly greeted us at the door as soon as we entered. He kindly explained what options they could provide that was ideal for us. I was initially surprised because past experiences in phone stores have been insufferable. We’re not picky and try to always be reasonable. As someone who works in customer service I understand how important it is to make sure people feel comfortable and confident in your ability to perform your job. He was very kind and professional. I did not once feel like he was being too pushy or sell us things we didn’t need. Everything was smooth and relatively effortless on our end as far as the activation/upgrade process. That’s all I could ask for when having to do these menial tasks that sometimes turn into a nightmare if there’s poor communication. We will certainly plan on continuing to use Verizon in the future and recommend this store to others.”
