“Impeccable service, indeed. This printer was extraordinary. We could not have grown our start-up without their advice on package insert sizes and designs. If we sent over a file with a mistake, we'd get a phone call hours later. Need it fast - no problem. We started by ordering quantities of 50 or so package inserts and now order thousands at a time. Some companies won't deal with startups and only want your business if you can place a large order.”
“Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”

“I went in August 2, 2026 to ship 2 packages, one boxed and labeled, and one that needed a label and packaged. I felt bad as it was 10 minutes before closing, but the man who assisted me was efficient and professional. Also, to everyone complaining about their Amazon returns sign, y'all are crazy. It's not too much to ask for you to have your return codes ready instead of holding up a line while you learn to use a cell phone.”
