“They are busy operation but always willing to help. They remarkably create amazing print needs (I was so impressed with my large prints!) They also accept Amazon returns with a do-it-yourself kiosk which makes it super easy and convenient to return your packages. The young man (white male, about mid 20's to early 30's was so friendly and efficient. (I'm so bummed I forgot his name. 😫) He was working on 9/10/26”

“One of the best businesses I know!! David will go out of his way to make a project for our team, and what's incredibly important to me- he communicates with you. If you call or send him a message, he will absolutely get back to you. He'll help you find solutions. If you need a printer, he's the one to use!!!”

“Best experience a person could ask for... Needed white glove service to ship an odd shaped gas tank for a car restoration project. This team picked, packed and palleted, and got the item from Cleveland to Seattle in a week. Fair price and super responsive team. They even sent me photos before loading it up!”

“We had an emergency order that needed expedited within 24 hours, and Terra Roversi worked magic and found a way to make it happen. I truly cannot thank her and their team enough for the level of service they provide. They are 100% who I'm recommending to every business connection for big shipping needs.”

“Enrique provided excellent customer service. Very professional and upbeat. One negative is the outside sign doesn’t work. It’s difficult to know or see that a FedEx location is here at night. Please get sign repaired and this will only increase your business. The repair will pay for itself in the first week. Take care.”

“The gentlemen who work at this, UPS Store location are absolutely fabulous! They are always friendly, professional, and efficient. Service with a smile! I enjoy interacting with them. The store is always clean and well run and it makes doing business there in whatever fashion very easy! Manager Dwayne Bush is doing a fabulous job! It’s a step up from the way it used to be at that location. Well done!”

“Nothing but the best, quickest service here. I feel like anyone that disagrees or has a lesser experience has a hard time functioning in society anyways, haha. I walk in with my packages, and am usually out the door in seconds. Amazon returns and shipping of boxes. Excellent on my end.”

“It was CRAZY BUSY in this store today. The 2 ladies at the register were working as fast as they could. They were both helpful and friendly. Sometimes during the holiday rush we have to be a little bit more patient.”

46 Plaza Dr, Chagrin Falls OH 44022
“Picked up boxes for a couple oddly-shaped gifts here. (I wasn’t shipping, just needed a way to package and wrap.) Very fast service and they had exactly what I needed - higher quality and less expensive than what I usually find at Home Goods. The Falls Pak & Ship website says they have 75+ box sizes. Will be a repeat customer!”

“Everyone is incredibly nice and really care about the job they do. Super nice office staff, dispatcher’s are not too grumpy and the drivers are great. My favorite LTL carrier in NEO”

“Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”

“Honestly, I could not have had a better experience with custom printing at this location. I’m not sure what people have experienced in the past, but I received customer service (in the last hours of a Sunday shift, no less) that was kind, professional, and swift. I will use this location again!”

“I went in August 2, 2026 to ship 2 packages, one boxed and labeled, and one that needed a label and packaged. I felt bad as it was 10 minutes before closing, but the man who assisted me was efficient and professional. I just wanted to leave a quick review on here saying thank you for being so kind right at the end of the day. Also, to everyone complaining about their Amazon returns sign, y'all are crazy. It's not too much to ask for you to have your return codes ready instead of holding up a line while you learn to use a cell phone.”
-
16781 Chagrin Boulevard, Shaker Heights OH 44120
“I go to this location all the time to ship and do returns. I’ve always had a great experience. Friendly staff and fast knowledgeable service. I appreciate all they do to take care of me.”

9535 Midwest Avenue Suite 104, Cleveland OH 44125
“I've never used/had a seller use this service so I Googled and it's just non-stop horror stories. So much that I started to get a little bit of aniexity. My package was delivered successfully, so. I know situations are different but hopefully it can ease someone's mind who also took to Google like I did and then started to worry. Driver was NOT in a marked Lasership/Ontrac van, but was friendly, fast and I got my package delivered and that's more than I could want.”

“My live animals arrived healthy on every occasion. They were prompt, but need to up date their tracking system computer program. The poor lady had the hardest time due to faulty computer issues. I reccomend this place.”
