“It was CRAZY BUSY in this store today. The 2 ladies at the register were working as fast as they could. They were both helpful and friendly. Sometimes during the holiday rush we have to be a little bit more patient.”

“One of the best businesses I know!! David will go out of his way to make a project for our team, and what's incredibly important to me- he communicates with you. If you call or send him a message, he will absolutely get back to you. He'll help you find solutions. If you need a printer, he's the one to use!!!”

“I would recommend this UPS Store to everyone because it’s the best. I just want to say a big thank you to Nachi for helping me with my I-9 fingerprinting appointment. He was very professional, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. He helped me a lot and made everything much easier than I expected. I also want to thank everyone at this UPS Store. The whole team was wonderful, professional, and very helpful. I truly appreciate all the help and support. My gratitude is beyond words. This is honestly my best UPS Store experience in the U.S. so far. Sorry, I might be biased, but the service here really made a difference. Thank you again!”

“Best experience a person could ask for... Needed white glove service to ship an odd shaped gas tank for a car restoration project. This team picked, packed and palleted, and got the item from Cleveland to Seattle in a week. Fair price and super responsive team. They even sent me photos before loading it up!”

“I had a great experience with the notary service at The UPS Store. Aparna helped me throughout the process and was very nice, calm, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them!”

“Enrique provided excellent customer service. Very professional and upbeat. One negative is the outside sign doesn’t work. It’s difficult to know or see that a FedEx location is here at night. Please get sign repaired and this will only increase your business. The repair will pay for itself in the first week. Take care.”

“My experience at the Mayfield store was outstanding. The care and concern for the timely completion of my order was comforting as I was deeply concerned due to the holiday which effected production. However the entire team at the Mayfield location made it happen. A special thanks to Christian!!! Kai Love”

“I came in this morning to drop off a relatively awkward and heavy package. The young gentleman (I didn’t get his name) behind the counter was SO helpful and so pleasant. He seemed to be the only one working and he didn’t skip a beat. He was busy but smiled and was so polite. Whoever he is, he deserves some recognition!!!”

Neel Patel, the owner, was so kind to us and was able to handle the whole project and even gave us a great deal. He saved us so much stress and really got us out of a tough spot. Highly recommend.”

“The store manager, Bernard, at the UPS location on Mayfield – 13940 Cedar Road, University Heights, Ohio 44118 truly made my day. His customer service has always been five-star, even before we met in person, but officially meeting him today while handling business there was a breath of fresh air. Hearing his upbeat energy, experiencing his willingness to help, and seeing that servant-hearted spirit in action—listen, that’s rare. And it matters. Today, tomorrow, and the days to come. So kudos to you, Bernard, manager at the Cedar Road UPS Store. You are seen, you are appreciated, and your work does not go unnoticed. Keep it up, brother. “Easily the best service I’ve ever gotten from an any shipping service location. In town visiting. Had a critical shipment to get out but needed quite a few things printed. Store Manager Shawn could not have been more patient and helpful. Subsequently, had to return two days later for a similar urgent issue. Once again, great service.”
