Excellent quality, timely communication and fast turnaround, coupled with reasonable prices. Can't go wrong here! Also, the booklet stapling was perfect - I had tried a different job somewhere else, and it was not.”

“I've been to this Postal Annex location twice, once to have some paperwork notarized, once to ship some items.Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean, and well stocked with mailing supplies, gift items, and cards.Four stars though. for two reasons. One, while they offer USPS shipping, their prices are significantly higher than at the posy office. Two, they don't provide a tracking number when you ship via USPS there.I brought in some items this past Friday evening, to be shipped via USPS. I paid $20, when the post office would have charged about $13. I was not given a tracking number, and told to call in a day or two to get it. My package was only being shipped to a nearby Cleveland suburb, yet the recipient still hasn't received it, and I have no way to track it. Very frustrating!”

Package arrived on time and in great shape. The staff were friendly, I was able to do everything over the phone. I didn't have to leave my office! “After finding out how the first shipment of my boxes arrived via UPS (nearly completely destroyed), I opted to use FedEx after remembering the great experiences I had with shipping items for my previous place of employment in the past.Even though this specific location was a little bit longer of a drive to carry all my items compared to the UPS location, I figured that it was better safe than sorry as I was going to be repeatedly shipping a lot of boxes for the next few foreseeable months at the time.Rachel, Lisa, Laurie, and Don have all taken turns helping me to ship my items with utmost care and professionalism but there was one team member who just happened to be there the most whenever I would come in to ship my items.Rachel was an absolute professional and a delight to talk to at the end of the day after hauling my large shipments over this location.She would move with grace and speed to make sure I had the right type of shipping service for all of my boxes (some had lithium batteries) as well as any additional insurance or extra services I may require (like signature upon delivery and fragile stickers) and always made sure to check with me if anything else was needed.Since I needed to pair the items with their corresponding FedEx shipping labels, she was very fast and accurate in sticking the tracking label close to where my box names were, which I appreciated very much as I needed photographic evidence for the predestination tracking I was doing.I was here several times a week and at one point, almost every day to ship out items daily. I have shipped probably around 80+ boxes in various sizes at this location since my initial visit and am happy to say all of them arrived safely at their destination and in GREAT shape! (Many kudos to the FedEx handling/delivery team as well.)At one point, I didn't have a box for some of the items (swords and camera tripod equipment) and Rachel made a great recommendation for the perfect box the items would need in order to arrive safely at their destination. Needless to say, yes the items did arrive safely and the box itself was ALSO in fantastic shape at the destination!Thank you so much to all of the staff at this location for making my time here absolutely pleasant and handling my items with utmost care and consideration and highly recommend this location for everyone for all your shipping and packing needs.”

They carry a good selection of office and shipping supplies, which are reasonably priced. I was looking at a yearly planner, with a FedEx brand label, that sold for $8, which was actually better than the one I bought from Amazon at the same price.”

“I went to this location today after going to the location on Mayfield and Richmond the last two times. The assistant manager helped me and she was nice friendly, helped me return my item. I was happy. Sometimes returning items on Amazon is difficult. Mayfield will not help you. The University Hts store was clean, the mgr was happy to help and I wanted to tipher. Thanks so much!!”

“I went in to return an amazon package (which amazon sent in the manufacturer box) and apparently amazon won't accept it in the manufacturer box. So the store manager Chad worked with me and helped me call Amazon so they would pay for the shipping so I wouldn't have to. He gave me the number, talked me through the process and was so patient and kind. Great customer service! Thank you Chad!”

“We walked on 2-1-2024, and there were several people coming in with us not including the ones already in the store. The young man behind the counter was so calm, friendly and patient with everyone. While he was copying, faxing, giving Amazon Kiosk instructions, taking in returns, doing math in his head and training a new employee, two guys (assuming owner or management) stood behind the counter yapping with one another. It wasn’t until I asked the young man his name so I that I may write a nice review that the two guys paid any attention! The one guy was quick to give me instructions on how to leave a review on Google! (Take care of your own business, Google has got theirs covered!) Really? You can hear that, but not your employee taking care of 6 people simultaneously. Well the young man, David Gyenga deserves 5 stars! He is a true asset to this business and with his demeanor will be a success anywhere! Owner, manager or whoever you guys were … well, you get 2…if even! I read the other reviews stating rude employees. I’m retired now, but in my life experiences, having owned my own business and having worked in management for others, multiple rude employees at any one business usually stem from poor management.TIPS FOR CUSTOMERS:I have never had an issue with any of the employees at this location. They were always kind to me. Be kind to them, not only are they dealing with rude customers but their owner/ manager may be a jerk too. (We’ve all been there) Always get an Amazon receipt. That’s not a UPS issue but an Amazon one and can usually be corrected through the chat on the app.TIP TO MANAGEMENT/ OWNER: Your employees will show more respect for your business if you do. Geez, help out, maybe train new people so there’s consistency. It will also cut down on employee turnover.IT IS YOUR BUSINESS DUMBA$$! Business owners work too! You haven’t even cracked 3.5 stars! If your business goes down the toilet there be no one blame but yourself!”

“Initially I was frustrated because Bryce didn’t understand how I wanted the document stapled. When he tried the first time, it came out incorrect. However, my frustration soon was pushed aside in part by his attitude. Even though I was frustrated that he didn’t or couldn’t print it correctly, he was calm, polite, and tried to understand exactly what I wanted. He asked another associate, Kawanna, for assistance. In the end, he knew how to do it after she explained and my mom’s obituary was perfect. I applaud Bryce for his customer service skills. In fact, the entire team and store manager all were helpful to their customers. Kudos to management and the team for being patient, courteous, and professional.”
