“I always enjoy Menards from their weird off-brand stuff to decently priced seasonal decorations. This is always a good place if I just want to kill time waiting to pick the kids up but also has most of the necessities and a much lower price than the bigger stores.”

“This is by far the best Lowe’s in all of Central Ohio! The workers are so helpful, and the manager Trey was willing to personally deliver a replacement fence panel to us after his shift ended when the original one we purchased was damaged. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And that’s just how this Lowe’s runs. It’s not even our closest Lowe’s, but it is worth the extra drive!

“Here is what I like most about Menards. My husband and I are elderly. When we need assistance they are very helpful, and kind. When I ask for them to repeat what they said, they kindly do so. The store is nicely organized and necessities are easy to find.”

BUT Whoever is in charge of firing all of the loading helpers before hiring replacement staff so customers are waiting an hour or loading large heavy orders themselves probably could use some retraining. Or a transfer to home depot?”

“I rented a rotary hammer drill and bit from here. I thought it was a little expensive, but it bets having to buy one. It worked wonderfully. Installed a handrail on the back step for my Mother. I also had to buy some other things that she needed for the house and got all of them this visit. Good associates at this store.”

“Went in looking for a grill. Found one. Decent customer service, but stood around a little longer than usual for the time of day. The gentleman that helped by the grills was knowledgeable and helpful. Tommy who helped load the grill and propane tank was very nice and helpful.”
