The workers are so helpful, and the manager Trey was willing to personally deliver a replacement fence panel to us after his shift ended when the original one we purchased was damaged. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And that’s just how this Lowe’s runs. It’s not even our closest Lowe’s, but it is worth the extra drive!

You should always check out the stuff in the little freezer that have back in the food section close to the appliances. It changes kind of frequently, and some of the Items are really great!”
“They usually have everything I need here. I have found that the app more closely reflects what’s in inventory now. The prices are decent. It’s easy to get to. The rental place is a little tough to deal with, but they’ve got some riffraff that rents from them, so they have to be. I just don’t find them as nice as the Home Depot employees otherwise I would give them a five star.”
“Very helpful in loading my mulch even though I had to wait a while for someone to come. I usually do it myself but had just had surgery so had to be at the mercy of others this year. Other years they have loaded 20-30 bags of mulch and soil in the truck. I like being able to pay inside and drive thru and they load it outside after looking at your receipt! Keeps me from overturning a cart inside as I attempt to push a heavy cart around with a few flowers ?”

“We have seen so many employees talking and treating customers terribly for no reason, tons of attitude, unwillingness to help, etc. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I can understand how easy it is to lose your cool but there have been three instances we witnessed where the customer was asking a question nicely and calmly and they just lose it..My fiance and I had a poor experience and I'm happy to share it with corporate because the store manager is absolutely the problem.”
