She was sweet & fun, she really loves her job and enjoys giving advice and sharing her paint knowledge. She definitely saved me from color regret decision.”

“The reason I give this store high marks is because they are incredibly flexible when it comes to returns. If something breaks and you don't have original packaging, not a problem they will help you out. Because of this, we tend to make most of our large purchases here as we know we are covered If something goes wrong. Aside from returns, they usually have everything in stock and check out is a breeze. They have a decent plant selection in the summer as well as all sorts of mulch, bricks and outdoor needs. My only complaint is it's very busy so plan wisely during COVID time.”

“We were a little confused over the self checkout. It said to scan put in your loyalty card to get points. We thought maybe you could only use this checkout with a loyalty card. Cashier was busy with another customer, so we were on our own. I touched the screen and we realized we could use it without being loyalty card members.”

“We have seen so many employees talking and treating customers terribly for no reason, tons of attitude, unwillingness to help, etc. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I can understand how easy it is to lose your cool but there have been three instances we witnessed where the customer was asking a question nicely and calmly and they just lose it..My fiance and I had a poor experience and I'm happy to share it with corporate because the store manager is absolutely the problem.”

“Their employees are incredibly friendly and willing to help, we have received a lot of professional assistance in store, In addition, on that day, my car had a little problem, and it was getting dark. My daughter and I were looking for someone to help, and a kind gentleman went out of his way to assist us in the parking lot, helping me to successfully start my car. My main point is that their employees are very kind and attentive to the needs of customers. It's a warm and reassuring place.”

“This place is a great place to come if your looking for stuff for the house. Alot of different items and manufacturers to choose from. They don't have much food but still enough to get the job done. With us being from Arozona this was our first time being in one and it did not disappoint. We always to to plan some time on the weekend to stop by, stroll around and hang out in the comfortable chairs they have.”

“They always seem to have what I need ( AND doggone it- alot that I don't but want). Their staff will "go climbing ladders and search out WHAT you need. I was looking for a certain tool, it was not on the shelf, but still on display. I asked the tool sales rep. , he replied I'm not sure of it's status. I was checking out, and he caught me - found one, and That resulted in a tool sale and extra blades ... This was the Polaris store.All Loews personnel seem to treat me (a customer) the same, no matter which location - and I got around to 3 or 4 stores multiple times each week.”

“I like this location because they have the option to buy new or exchange your propane tanks through the app and pick them up or exchange them through the kiosk right out front. You make the purchase online or through the Home Depot app then scan the QR code on the kiosk screen to continue with getting your tank. It’s so easy. I was having a hard time finding propane tank exchanges locally and also couldn’t figure out where to go to refill them. I found through my searches that these kiosks existed and it was so easy to do.”

“Really good selection of everything. There was construction materials, pet care, personal care, and food. Everything is reasonably priced with 11% rebate on everything. It seems like work to mail-in but could be worth it if you have stamps at home. I found everything I needed after moving recently.”
