The showroom has a great selection of cabinets and countertops to choose from. I decided to go with white Wolf Cabinets and WilsonArt Quartz countertops in Enchanted Rock. Cabinets were in within 2-3 weeks!! Couldn’t believe how quick! Highly recommend Jan for all your design needs!”

“A real-deal old-school hardware store with eclectic offerings. Need a cast iron skillet and a washboard? They've got it. Odd bits of hardware our of the same era as the houses in the neighborhood? Yep. Knowledge that you can't find at Home Depot? They have some of that too. Every old neighborhood needs to covit little hardware stores like this that have the unique ability to serve their distinct neighborhood in a way big box stores just can't.”

Like most folks, I change up because of many many businesses bombarding my email with advertisements.Anyway over a year ago I advised customers of what to do to get Sheliga's fans to run longer i.e. spraying w2 40 in the engine.Well, they've fixed that. The fan I bought from them a little over 8 months ago has been altered and oil can't get to the motor the way it could on older models.Sheliga is in business to make money not friends!! Haha HahaThis is still though the best place to shop for your needs!!And that strange guy that was obsessed with me isn't there anymore??!!!???”

“Carl and his sales associate Tony are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction when you have a question. "Mr Bob Knob" I find it suspicious that you say that they wanted to charge you a restocking fee. I've been a customer for decades and have never had a single issue with a return. I also doubt the story about the employee saying the customer "did not wanting a black man to make any money",because the owner of the store isnt black. They are a bit more pricey than the big box stores but I don't mine paying a little more for the convenience of being able to get what I need right around the corner.”

“I try to patronize "mom and pops'" wherever geographically I am at that time of need, but especially in the community I find myself living in and spending a majority of my time. That said, I wandered into Wilkes with a question, the likes of which were admittedly ambiguous and given that my knowledge of the English languages' adjectives are nothing to write home about Jack, the apparent owner gave me the time of day and despite not ending up having the hardware I needed pointed me to a close location that had more chances of stocking what I needed. I ended up buying some WD-40, of which I have 5 cans of, from him anyway as a tip of the hat on my way out because it always feels good to wash each other's hands and if we're honest, WD-40 is hobbyists'/DIY'ers cheat code. “Unloads pretty fast, my first time there today. Hope its usually like this. The guy unloading me was nice, and courteous. Only 1 bay to deliver plate, but only takes about 30 min per Truck once inside. Pretty fast for 1 guy unloading.”

“I needed a simple flapper for a toilet repair that I have to do every 3-5 years in my home. I went to Ace Hardware and bought the piece after consulting with an employee and showing pictures. When I went to install I quickly realized it was not the part for my toilet. I had to go back to Ace where I learned they did not carry the flapper I needed. Went to Home Depot and no luck there either but a friendly man from H.A.S. Construction also shopping told me I’d need to go to Cleveland Plumbing Supply as the part I needed and had purchased in the two previous stores for the last 15 years was no longer sold anywhere. When I arrived at Cleveland Plumbing John greeted me and was the first person that knew exactly the part I was searching for, got it and quickly rang me up and I was out the door! This is the place to go now! Thank you John!”
