“Well stocked hardware store full of everything you'd need. The guy working there was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was in and out of there with everything I needed in less time than it takes to even find the right aisle at the big box store. If you value your time and money this is the best place in the neighborhood.”

“I love that Cleveland has local pharmacy options still - a lot of communities do not. Sheliga Drug is by far a local favorite. I can't even count how many people are loyal to Sheliga, and I agree - we must support respectable local businesses, especially our Pharmacies!!”

“Went in looking for a bolt of size and they sorted me out in 2 minutes. Got home and it was the perfect fit. I wish I would’ve remembered the per who helped me.”

“I ordered a TLR1 lens assembly replacement from the Brightguy Inc website, but selected the wrong part. When I received it and saw that it was incorrect, I replied to the order email asking for an RMA. They immediately responded and said to ship it back and they would ship me the correct one, which they did. No BS, no hassle, no go find the return link and fill out a form or fine print, just respond to the order email and voila. Could not have been easier. That and they were half the price of the corps. I'm glad I found your website! Thank you much for a pleasant, no fuss, customer experience! ???”

“Stopped into this place with a list of oddball fasteners, including metric, shoulder bolts, stainless, and galvanized. They had everything on my wish list - and way cheaper than McMaster or Grainger. They have other things at the store too - angle grinder discs and sanding pads, zip ties, hole saws, sealants, solvents etc”
30130 Lakeshore Blvd, Willowick OH 44095
“Some of the staff there is incredibly knowledgeable! This is how a hardware store should be run! My husband didn't catch his name but, there is a shorter, older gentleman working there that is a treasure trove of info! He helped my husband out, and our lawn mower was up and running in a hour!”

“Wow what can I say Harbor Freight has great deals on great tools. I remember when they sold basically disposable tools. Now they have tools that compete with MAC, Snap On and Matco”

“I cannot recommend Commonwealth Lumber highly enough! We used them recently for a kitchen renovation and deck addition and it was such a wonderful experience! Dealing with a local company that actually knows who you are when you call or stop in is so rare these days and both Bill and Jan were so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way! I am an extremely detail oriented person who waited 14 years to renovate a kitchen I HATED and Jan's attention to detail matched mine. You can't pick a better company to work with!”

“Knowledgeable staff have always been a pleasure to do business with. I've ordered several replacement Bridgeport parts from them, and they have always been great quality and reasonably priced. They have parts that others don't stock. Also worth mentioning that their local service is really fast. Time between a phone-call and a part being in hand has frequently been < 1hr. This is the kind of business that you remember and would recommend to a friend.”

“I try to patronize "mom and pops'" wherever geographically I am at that time of need, but especially in the community I find myself living in and spending a majority of my time. That said, I wandered into Wilkes with a question, the likes of which were admittedly ambiguous and given that my knowledge of the English languages' adjectives are nothing to write home about Jack, the apparent owner gave me the time of day and despite not ending up having the hardware I needed pointed me to a close location that had more chances of stocking what I needed. I ended up buying some WD-40, of which I have 5 cans of, from him anyway as a tip of the hat on my way out because it always feels good to wash each other's hands and if we're honest, WD-40 is hobbyists'/DIY'ers cheat code. Cheers Jack. Thanks again”

“BCS is located in Oregon and we had a specific need for some fine sanding blocks that we could not locate. Charlie at Integrity supply came through above and beyond the call of Duty. By far exceeding our expectations. Plus the really good news you can quickly chat or call them, amazing don't ya think.”

“Ace Hardware on Coventry consistently saved me time and money finding the household repair items I needed. The staff is highly expert and provides close personal attention to the needs of every customer, every day. It's a small store but has 90% of the items most homeowners need coupled with a knowledgeable staff who'll help you find it in under 2 minutes. Far superior service than what the big box stores offer.”

“10 years ago Cleveland Plumbing supplied all of the fixtures for our newly built house and did a great job then. It’s now 10 years later and we just had a warranty issue with our sink. They were super helpful in getting it resolved. They earned a forever customer of me as a result of their integrity and true care for solving a customer issue! Couldn’t recommend Cleveland Plumbing Supply more.”

“Had to make a pit stop here at True Value for a quick purchase and had a great experience. I was in and out quickly..! and the local customers were friendly and kind, giving the store a welcoming small-town feel. I'd happily stop in again.”

“Called ahead after I Google Satellited the place & saw how little space they had for a 53ft dry van. Was told I was more than welcome to come the night prior to stay over night. Told I could go ahead & break seal & dock only in the dock by the wall. Guy said they'd wake me up when they were done unloading. Other docks are for pickup trucks & box trucks. I complied. I also put the ppw in the back of the trailer. Surprisingly, they started on my trailer at 0600. Got ppw at 1015.”
