“The service manager, He knew in a circle trip around the parking lot what was wrong. He said yea your sway bars are wore out there plastic and they wear out here I’ll show you! He reached in grabbed ahold of something and shook it, said yea. These plastic ones wear out! He said ultimately it’s cheaper to upgrade to steel then they don’t wear out! What a beast! The repair plus an oil change was 500 dollars less than my last 2 estimates! And it drives beautifully. Recommend 1000 percent!”

While I waited he made calls on the spot to find good prices. He sincerely spent time to discuss it is the rutters but not pushing to book. “My friend and I were 12 hours from home when an alert came on my car to turn off the engine and check the coolant. We took an Uber to get coolant, but were so scared to drive it because we didn't want to ruin the engine and were scrambling to figure out what to do. I tried 3 other places and nobody could look at it, but when we came to Lakeland the gentleman came out with us right away to look. He told us he thought it was the water pump and he thought we'd be alright to make it home. I am now safely at home writing this and I just appreciate it so much that he looked at it for us. He definitely didn't have to do that, but I am so thankful he did. (And he was right, it was the water pump!)”

“My car was making a lot of loud noises and my car is a 2008 Jeep Liberty. I just called and asked them if I could drop it off. Of course they said yes. Mind you I am a woman and later that afternoon I received a phone call with great news. My car was ready and it was just loose bolts underneath. What a relief. If you want a great group of trustworthy guys I suggest you give them a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed. I couldn’t thank them enough!!”

“Was in the middle of doing a brake job on my Jeep when one of the chrome lug nuts "spun" on me trying to take it off. I knew I didn't have the tools to extract the nut so I gave PRO Automotive a call. To make a long story short thirty minutes later they had the offending lug nut off saving me hours of hassle.”

“I went there after being told I had to replace all four of my tires on my Jeep Renegade when I only had one tire with nails in it. They were very professional and quick! I handed them my keys and not even 30 minutes later, I was in the middle of eating Wendy’s when I got the phone call that it was done. Amazing work and very quick once more!”

“Had a tire failure 600 miles from home, on the way to an event at Summit Motorsports Park. A new tire was ordered with just a phone call, and I arrived the next day to pick up the new mounted tire.
I asked to use the stores floor jack to swap the spare but couldn't allow that for liability reasons. (I understand)
Appreciate the quick order of the tire and remount to get me on my way and to the event.”
