“We worked with Cleveland Print Co. on a custom order for our neighborhood association and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our project was more complex than usual, with a mix of shirt colors, adult and children’s sizes, and two different back designs. They handled everything with care, clarity, and flexibility. They were easy to work with, quick to communicate, and the final shirts turned out even better than we hoped. The quality was so good that we sold out on the very first day. Everyone loved them and kept asking when we would be printing more. Highly recommend Cleveland Print Co. for anyone looking for a reliable and creative print partner. We will definitely be back for future projects.”

“Enrique provided excellent customer service. Very professional and upbeat. One negative is the outside sign doesn’t work. It’s difficult to know or see that a FedEx location is here at night. Please get sign repaired and this will only increase your business. The repair will pay for itself in the first week. Take care.”

“Greatly exceeded my expectations. Our all volunteer non-profit needed a small run of a booklet and frankly, we didn't quite know what we were doing. Image Concepts took what we gave them and turned out an excellent product (in equally excellent time). They even managed to remedy our last minute glitches without blinking an eye. Gave us the lowest bid and highest quality at the same time.”

“The store manager, Bernard, at the UPS location on Mayfield – 13940 Cedar Road, University Heights, Ohio 44118 truly made my day. His customer service has always been five-star, even before we met in person, but officially meeting him today while handling business there was a breath of fresh air.
