“I have to share this…. Ben at Mason O’Reilly’s has gone out of his way to help me. I have a vehicle at Bob Sumerel Tires that the battery failed, it is still under warranty however I’m out of town and could not make the exchange. Ben offered (even though he was short handed) to take the battery to Bob Sumerel and replace it for me. I am humbled by his intent. It shows that customer service still exists, specially with Ben at the Mason store. I just want all who see this to know it. Thank you Ben.”
“I needed to find a less expensive, but still convenient place for regular oil changes. Decided to give this location a try. (The coupon available on their website didn't hurt either)
Made an appointment early in the week and showed up a good 15 minutes early. They had my car in the bay right away. Oil change and tire rotation was done. Everything was left clean>
Really appreciated the digital inspection checklist made available to me.

“This place has changed locations. Pictures on Google maps are from the old location. It's a wide open parking lot and you just walk up to the big doors until construction is done. I believe. Everybody's very helpful. They have tons of batteries. The prices are okay. But interstate batteries are reputable.”

So yesterday I was coming down reading road, about 3 blocks before the o Riley store there’s like 7 pot holes. Unavoidable I hit the first one and it damaged my new 2024 Nissan Altima 500$ low rider rim flattens my tire immediately. Unknowingly I immediately turn right cause I know it’s messed up I’m trying to park and see. O Reillys was right there. I thought oh great perfect.
And it was perfect.
I’m a small woman. I got my jack out and started tugging at the lug nuts. They weren’t budging.
I walked intoO’Reillys and there was Steve. A freaking life saver!
Steve said hey these tools could help but let me come take a look, he came out and taught me about the whole process. From placing the jack correctly, using the unlock tool for the “ locked” lug nut. He had a bad back but still took every single one of those bolts off. God bless him for real.
He did all this with a smile.
Steve needs a raise.

“Today, I had a wonderful experience at this store. I spoke with Mike on the phone on what I needed for wiper blades and bulb replacement and asked him if he could tell me how to install. He graciously helped. The younger girl there found the parts and was so kind and helpful as well. The other gentleman with the longer hair helped me pick brakes a few months ago. Today, June 11, 2025, they broke a sweat, so to speak, to search for a case of catalytic converter cleaner, diagnose my vehicle issue, sell me and others products/parts, and assist mechanics on the phone with their parts orders/delivery.
And they did all that probably with pending breaks etc. and not forgetting to thank me as we customers exited.
Good grief, what more can one say (write)?
They're superior multitaskers so pay them accordingly.

“I visited this location because my engine light was on and my tire air pressure sensors were not functioning. I also knew that I that my tires were likely worn out. The folks that work there were kind, considerate and professional. They explained everything and told me the costs up front. I'd come in the afternoon and knew that the amount of things that I needed done could take a little. I had a lot of running around that I had to do. They arranged a ride for me. I could not have been more pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend this location.”
