“I called T-Mobile July 29th,2025 and explained to them I was a Verizon customer for 16 years. They looked at my bill history and couldn't believe what i was paying. So I went into The New Philadelphia ohio store and the staff was extremely helpful. I have 2 lines and the ported our numbers over to their plan and we kept our own phones..plus they gave us 2 Tablets.. very happy customer so far”
