Crossroads Animal Hospital
12977 Pearl Rd, StrongsvilleMy sweet cat was hit by a car last year and in desperation I took him to Crossroads. Unfortunately my cat Onyx crossed over the rainbow bridge... but the employees were so caring. They took him from me immediately and asked questions later. They confirmed he had passed away and took the time to return my Onyx's body back to me in a sweet and loving way. They refused any money or compensation. I was shocked.I will definitely take my animals to Crossroads when I'm ready to adopt again.Thank you to all the amazing employees who were so reassuring and understanding. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to accommodate our dietary restrictions, which really made the experience stand out. As a bonus, he even gave us a free Vimto drink to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great food and even better hospitality — we’ll definitely be back.

There is plenty of space at the bar, at high tops in the bar area and in different dining room areas. Service is always top notch as servers are uniformly attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We have tried and enjoyed many items I'm in the menu. The playtime we went, she ordered two sides of risotto for dinner: mushroom and spinach. Very tasty and well prepared, she was happy and had plenty of leftovers. I recently enjoyed their NY Strip, cooked perfectly to medium rare with sides of asparagus and mushroom risotto. Delicious! We're been there many times but have never tried dessert because the meals are so filling. Drink menu is very good with plenty of wines and beer plus a full bar. Call ahead if at dinner times as the place fills up especially on weekends.

There is a lot of competition for breakfast spots in our area and Goldie's certainly holds their own. Their menu is large but we tend to stick to a couple of different choices and are never disappointed. Prices are reasonable. We also frequent Goldie's when we want a good corned beef sandwich. Keep up the good work!

I haven't been here since I moved out of state in 7+ years, and all I have to say is this place offers amazing food with absolute consistency. My husband ordered a steak and chicken burrito and I ordered the pork chimichangas with tomatillo instead of cheese. The pork from here is insane - tender and flavorful but also has some crispy bits. The homemade hot salsa is 10/10. It's one of my favorites of any Mexican place I've been to. The service here is friendly, fast, and efficient. Loud dining space that brings a lot of life into the area. There is a reason this place is frequently busy.

I was super hungry and excited they were open until 10pm. I arrived at 9:30pm and got an immediate unwelcoming look of disappointment as soon as I walked in, even though two other people had just ordered right before me. Then I felt rushed to order, followed by multiple obvious sighs. I took maybe 3 seconds to decide what I wanted.
I could understand that reaction if I walked in at 9:58, but they handed me my takeout order at 9:50, a full 10 minutes before closing. Just a weird vibe ?
Did not stop me, though. Still, if you want to close at 9:30, then close at 9:30. Do not take it out on paying customers.
