Mrs. Valerie of the women's department was absolutely wonderful and helped myself, my sister, my mum, and grandma find lovely outfits and good deals. “My favorite clothes store in the whole world. Under the Marshall’s umbrella but have a higher quality variety of clothes at the same prices. Like an upscale Marshall’s to me. I’m a guy though so women might disagree. Seems to be better organized too. Definitely check it out. I drive 30 minutes to go there. Nice part of Columbus too. Everything around.”

“i got highlights here a few days ago and OMG BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. i got highlights, curtain bangs and layers the stylist Jade worked for over two hours because i have very long and layered hair. the final product was stunning and i keep getting compliments. her work wasn’t perfect however she’s never curled in different styles and her highlights didn’t reach my roots but she made me look gorgeous!! thank you so much I will make sure to comeback !Services: Hair coloring”

The staff here is a miss though.. the security guy is incredibly nice but the cashier/workers can be very rude. There are 2 ladies here that always are in a bad mood & give limited answers and help.
Overall though, obviously still worth coming to for the clothes. Just make sure you go early into the store & not near closing time, they are very strict with closing time. Which makes sense since they are open until 11pm every day.”
“Adam was a wonderful sales associate! I purchased two pairs of shoes from him when I was in town visiting family during the holidays and he helped me find what I was looking for and order the right size. Then after I left I couldn’t stop thinking about this bag and wish I would’ve bought it but by that point I was already back home out of state but I was able to reach out to Adam and he actually shipped it to me! Amazing customer service. I plan on visiting this Saks every time I come to Ohio now.”

“Great Macy's and fun location. Friendly and courteous employees. The mens cologne counter folks come at you like sharks and are a bit aggressive but still really nice and friendly. Who doesn't want to close that sale but it can be frustrating at times and I find myself dodging the area. I do Love this store and love watching for sales. They tend to have the best selection. Even have bought a few nice suits here but the Polo section and everyday clothes is where I spend most of my shopping time. The have a great houseware section, luggage and bath towels area too. My favorite Macy's in Columbus and love to shop here. I even order at times by the app and do the in store pick up. Great service and you can even park in the Fenlon Square garage and enter directly to the second floor of the store.”
